Additional Info: This is a Lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan located in a perfect position at Cayton Bay only a few minutes walk from the complex.

Our caravan is a 2007 Willerby Vacation, it's located on a really nice section of the park and fairly close to the complex at Cayton Bay

Large lounge area has plenty of seating,  TV,  Dining area with free standing table.

The Lounge and dining area have lots of natural light from the large windows.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas hob, gas oven and grill. microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils / cutlery.

The double bedroom has a wardrobe and the two twin rooms both have wardrobes.

Large family shower room with toilet and hand basin

Water, Gas and Electric are included in the price. No Smoking is allowed in the caravan, however you may smoke outside the caravan.

We have a key safe at the caravan which we use to give you the keys so there is no need to wait in the queues at reception for them. We give you the pin number for it just before your holiday and the code is changed regularly.

We do have a travel cot, bedding and highchair for a small extra charge
