Owner Description

Our caravan has a decking area with comfortable seating for 4 people and a coffee table, also convenient parking next to the decking area. It is equipped with central heating and double glazing throughout. The caravan comfortably sleeps four adults and comprises of -

Double Bedroom - Double bed, 2 large wardrobes, drawers and cupboard storage, dressing table and mirror, flat screen TV, radiator and en suite wash room with toilet and radiator.

Twin Bedroom - Twin beds, single wardrobe, cupboard storage, mirror and radiator.

Main Bathroom - Basin, toiletries storage, large shower cubicle, toilet, towel rail, towel hooks and Radiator.

Living Room - Large wrap around sofa, 40" flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, electric fire, coffee table and radiator.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, clothes hanger, mop and bucket.

Outside - Decking area with rattan seats and table, lockable gate, small grass area.

Duvets and pillows are included, but towels must be provided yourself. Linen can be provided at a small additional charge of £30.

Our rental prices also include Waterside entertainment passes, gas and electric. However, the pool/spa and Wi-Fi have a small additional charge.

We have just returned today from our 2nd stay in this lovely caravan. It was again very clean and well presented and this resulted in us having a very comfy stay and enjoyable week. The caravan is in an ideal spot with a large flat parking space and a good sized decking with furniture to use if the weather permits. Tim has always been very helpful and quick to reply to any query we have and the security deposit has been returned promptly which is very much appreciated.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Tim and Emma's caravan, it's very clean upon arrival. A fab location on the site..no hills to deal with...parking right outside with a lovely furniture set on the decking. Tim & Emma are always a available if you have any queries...no question is too small for them. Waterside is a great site with lots of amenities for kids of all ages! Highly recommend this caravan...thanks to Tim & Emma.

What a wonderful holiday! Right from the start, the owners were easily contactable and willing to communicate about our booking with them, which is always a bonus to the start of your holiday booking process. Very friendly emails and it never felt too much trouble to contact them- thank you both! We definitely want to visit again! 'Green 14' has a PERFECT location! Close to the amenities, whilst being in a very quiet area of the park. Very few cards coming past, making it very private, especially when sitting out on the decking. There is a little path 'cut through' that runs down the side of the van, but this was never busy (August high-season) and did not make us feel 'intruded' on at all. We appreciated it more than anything, as it made it an easy walk to the bins/pool/ bar etc The van itself was perfect for our needs (family of three, with young toddler). It was perfectly clean, with everything you could possibly need or imagine. It had little 'hidden gems' to the caravan itself including a little cubby-hole to hang your coats on and a hoover which was brilliantly useful after a trip out to the sandy beach on a sunny day. The whole caravan made great use of the space: a gap down the side of the sofa to tuck away toys, space near the door to leave shoes, a hanging area for coats which didn't block the corridor to the bedroom, a decent bathroom size with a fantastic power shower, reading lights in the main bedroom, a good amount of hangers for your clothes, shelves in wardrobes to put shoes, a great amount of plugs for charging electrical items- just to name a few! We appreciated that there was a separate toilet off the main bedroom area (instead of trying to squash in an en-suite) as it made the bedroom feel spacious instead of cramped (as previously experienced in a different caravan). The bedding was soft and comfortable (we paid extra to have linen included which was certainly worth it). The pillows and duvet were cosy, helping us have great nights sleep. The doors had what we call 'real handles' making it easy for our daughter to come in and out of rooms without a struggle. The fridge and freezer were a great size. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped. Parking outside the van was great, with plenty of room, no need to struggle with parking a large car there. The decking area was great, with lovely rattan furniture and we especially appreciated the lockable gate (with removable key) as it allowed used to feel safe for our daughter as she pottered in and out. We HIGHLY recommend Green 14, a true home-from-home.
