Praa Sands is in a beautiful quiet location in South West Cornwall sandwiched between Penzance and Helston (A394) with a fabulous long sandy beach. Suitable for families, couples, surfers, beach lovers, walkers, golfers, or those just wanting to relax in a peaceful, well kept caravan park on the South West Cornish coast which is open all year. There is Free WiFi.

The caravan is modern, centrally heated, double glazed, spacious with everything you need to feel at home. It has 2 bedrooms - one double with ensuite toilet & sink - and one twin room. Both are light and airy, with plenty of cupboards, shelves and large wardrobes, plus radiators. It has an open plan living area with an L shape sofa, cushions, foot rest, coffee table, dining table with 4 seats, large flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player with freeview. Also a gas wall fire and radiator. The kitchen has a gas oven, separate grill, 4 ring hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, 4 Slice toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, etc. As well as mop, bucket, dustpan and brushes, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, clothes horse and pegs. The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle with powerful shower, toilet, sink with cupboard below, shelves and a cupboard storing the modern gas combi boiler. There is a King size duvet & 4 pillows in the master bedroom and 2 Single duvets with 4 pillows in the twin room. All beds have mattress protectors.

Outside you have your own private adjacent parking space, 2 gated sunny spacious decking areas, a garden dining table with 4 chairs, plus a further 2 chairs and table on the front decking and an outside storage box. You can sit on the decking and watch the sun rise and set, with fabulous sunsets. Behind the caravan are open fields growing daffodils in the spring.

Praa Sands Holiday Park is a prestigious, very well kept and manicured site, with an indoor leisure centre having a heated swimming pool & child’s pool; gym; steam room; Jacuzzi; changing rooms; lockers; toilets and hair driers. There is a bar; restaurant; TV screens; pool table; darts and an outside sitting area with sea views and a children's play area. With an added bonus of a 9 hole Golf Course on site. There is also a launderette.

Praa Sands Beach is an easy 5 minute walk from our caravan and it has cafes; “The Sandbar” beach bar and restaurant (open all year); seasonal Lifeguards; surf school; toilets and beautiful scenic coast paths where you can walk to St Michael's Mount and Penzance, or Porthleven and the Lizard peninsular, or further if so desired! There is a post office and shop just outside the site's entrance and a Bus Stop opposite.

Nearby are several pubs, a great fish & chip shop, a Chinese restaurant & take away and petrol station with shop. Plus plenty of supermarkets in Penzance and Helston, only 10 minutes drive away.

Local attractions include: St Michael's Mount; The Lizard; Kynance Cove; Lands End; Flambards Theme Park; Seal Sanctuary; St Ives; Tate Gallery; Minack Theatre; Mousehole; Porthleven; Falmouth; Poldark set locations; Tin Mine museums and lots of beautiful sandy beaches, coves and villages.

The price includes Gas and Electricity.

You can bring your own bed linen, or we can provide duvet covers, sheets & pillow cases for all beds for an extra £20 per stay. You need to provide your own towels.

£10 per dog per stay, maximum of 1 dog (bowls, blanket, treats & waste bags included)

Our holiday week starts on a Saturday.

Lovely Caravan with all We needed for Our Holiday! We were sent all the Information on Booking the Caravan that We needed and a Welcome E Mail just before Our Holiday. The Caravan is situated on a Picturesque Site with Good Facilities. There are Beautiful Walks with the Beach only a short Walk away.We had a great Time!
