Haven holidays for 2021 are based on stay or stay and play. Your booking with us is based on a stay holiday and will not include play passes but they can be purchased from Haven if you wish. The stay type holiday allows you to use the caravan as a base and explore Pembrokeshire.
Without play passes you can still use the club for food and drink plus the shops ,takeaways and arcade.
You cannot use the pools or nightly entertainment without play passes.
Booking is secured with a deposit of £100.
We will send you a confirmation e mail and request your details for registration with Haven.
There is a security bond of £100 charged this is refunded within 7 days of your holiday.
The caravan is inspected on your departure day.
Cleaning will be done between 10am and 3pm to covid 19 standards. We ask guests not to arrive early at the caravan while cleaning is in progress.
Haven club entertainment passes are not included in the price they are purchased from the park I will supply the details of how to do this if you wish.
Gas and Electric is included in the price.
Duvets and pillows are supplied the hirer will be required to bring their own covers and pillow cases. Master bedroom is Kingsize.
The balance for your holiday is due 6 weeks before payment by bank transfer.
The caravan is a 4 berth 2 bedroom unit at no time must the occupancy be exceeded overnight.
Only guests named on the booking forms are allow to occupy the caravan.
If numbers are exceeded at any time all persons may be asked to leave the caravan with no refund paid.
The caravan can only be rented by mature couples over 21 and or families.
No all male or female group are allowed.
Pets are not permitted in the caravan.
The caravan is non smoking should the alarm system be set off which is linked to the security control room you will be charged for the security to reset it.
We the owners are not liable for any injury or death,loss of property suffered by the hirer or member of you party.Your belongings are left in the caravan at your own risk during your stay.
Guests are asked not to bring electrical and gas appliances in the caravan if you do so is at your own risk checks and PAT testing is carried out annually.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU TURN OFF ALL GAS AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES WHEN NOT IN USE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CARAVAN ESPECIALLY USB CHARGER CABLES DUE TO HIGH RISK OF FIRE.
We ask parents not to allow their children not to use bikes and scooters etc on the decking.
Please can you leave the caravan as found and do not move the furniture.
Please do not sell your holiday on only the guests named on the booking form will be allow to stay in the caravan.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
If we have to cancel your holiday for any reason a full refund will be given.
If you have to cancel your holiday please phone us asap on 07760109729 also can you confirm via email.
Non Covid cancellation as follows
More than 42 days Loss of booking deposit
42 to 28 days 40% of holiday cost
27 to 22 days 60% of holiday cost
less than 21 days 100% of holiday cost
Please note that the minimum charge is £100 per week or part week of any cancellation.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
Covid cancellation
If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will be given.
If the park is shut or your area is in lockdown we will offer another date if not acceptable a full refund will be given.
If you cancel late due to covid such as waiting test result or you or a family member in isolation we will require proof.
