Owner's Booking Terms

A non- refundable £50 deposit is payable on booking. The balance is payable six weeks before the start of your holiday. This cannot normally be refunded in the event of cancellation so we advise you to take out insurance. We also ask for a £100 cleaning and damages bond which will be repaid within seven days of your departure if the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition.

Owner Description

Our beautiful caravan holiday home, brand new for the 2019 season, is perfectly situated with views of Magdalene Fields Golf Course to the front, and the sea to the side. The children's nature activity area is nearby, as are the steps for access to the beach. If you wish to check the position on the park map included on the Haven Holidays website, the pitch number is Seaview 48. All the facilities of Berwick Holiday Park are within easy reach.

This is a three-bedroomed holiday home, but it can accommodate up to eight people if the pull-out bed in the living area is used. A table and chairs are provided on the decking so you can enjoy the sun with your breakfast, lunch or evening gin and tonic.

The accommodation is as follows:

Living area
Comfortable and spacious with sofas and two pouffes, coffee table, 40 inch flatscreen TV with built-in DVD player and electric fire. Separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with double bed, TV, large wardrobe, ensuite toilet and hand washbasin.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe and cabinet between the two beds.
Twin bedroom with cupboard and cabinet between the two beds.
Sofa bed in the lounge.

All bedding is included and we simply ask that you strip the beds at the end of your stay and put the used bedding in the bag provided for this purpose. If you prefer to bring your own, please let us know. Towels are also provided unless you advise us that you prefer to bring your own.

Large family bathroom with power shower, toilet and basin.
Small ensuite toilet and basin.

The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout, so you can be comfortably warm on chillier days.

We want you to enjoy your holiday without long lists of restrictions. However, we do not allow pets or smoking in our caravan. Please respect our wishes in order to avoid any embarrassment.

Holiday park rules prevent us from taking bookings from single sex groups (this does not apply to single sex couples, who are more than welcome). This rule is in force as the family environment of the park is not suitable for stag and hen parties. We will consider bookings from other types of single sex groups eg. walkers, birdwatchers etc. but please contact us to discuss this.

FUN PASSES
Fun passes are required to gain access to the entertainment facilities at the park. These include pools, kids clubs, ShowBars etc.
We do not include the cost of fun passes in our charges because some guests do not require them. They can be purchased at Berwick Holiday Park reception or by telephoning the park on 01289 307113.
