Owner Description
Devon Cliffs is Havens 5 star flagship, premier holiday park. We are situated on a fantastic pitch on Cypress Way.
The home benefits from being sited on a nice sized pitch, not squeezed in amongst lots of other vans.
It has it’s own private parking bay along side the home, and is on a dead end close, so not too busy with passing traffic.
Great sea views and views of the park from the elevated decking area.
Our home is owned by us so what we describe and our photos are of the actual home you will be staying in.
There is no queuing to check in when you arrive at Devon Cliffs as we provide access to a lock box on our caravan, so you will not lose valuable holiday time waiting for access to your home.
Our home is double glazed and centrally heated via a combi boiler.
It is a 3 bedroom 38 foot long van, so very spacious and has a great 8 foot deep deck outside the French doors.
Lounge.
A nice sunny and comfortable room that has two freestanding settees, one being a two seater and the other a four seater which contains a fold out bed. There is also a coffee table with foot stools beneath, a Smart TV/DVD, gas fire and French doors opening onto the lovely sunny deck.
Kitchen/Diner.
A modern fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a home from home experience. We have a full sized gas cooker with extractor above, a full sized integrated fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All crockery, pots pans and cutlery provided. There is a dining table and chairs in front of a nice picture window offering plenty of light and good views.
Master Bedroom.
This is a nice sized room benefitting from an en-suite cloakroom. There is a double bed, bedside tables,double wardrobe with drawers beneath along with a good size dressing table.
Bedroom 2.
Nice bright compact room with 2 twin beds, these can be pushed together to form a double bed if preferred. There S over head storage cupboards along with a single sized wardrobe.
Bedroom 3.
Light and airy with 2 twin beds and a single wardrobe.
Bathroom.
Offering a large shower cubicle with sliding doors, powerful thermostatic shower, w.c and basin with vanity unit over.
Outside.
We have a large wrap around decking that has access from the lounge French doors or side kitchen door. There is a lockable gate providing safety for small children along with a nice patio table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy the quiet location along with the great views.
Parking.
We have our own parking bay alongside the caravan.
Additional information.
The home has several electrical sockets that have USB charging points.
All gas and electric is included in our rental price.
The caravan has piped mains gas so there is no worries about running out of gas or changing bottles during your stay.
