New at Letting we have a beautiful spacious private caravan in a quiet Cul de sac with its own car port on a Premium Plus Pitch. We have double glazing and radiators in the two bedrooms two toilets and main sitting area plus a gas fire.Tweedle Farm is only 5 mins in car where you can feed all the farm animals, a large outside and inside play area. The local village is a 2 minute drive away, where situated is a local shopping area and take away shops. The High Street shops are further away on a 12 minute drive which is Peterlee and Hartlepool is 10 minutes away where you have access to the train station for days away further afield such as Edinburgh, Newcastle, and Durham. Next door to your left as you go out (only 5 mins walk) there is Denemouth Caravan Park with a public bar that's open Fri,Sat, Sun, and Monday. with entertainment every Friday and Saturday. Children welcome.
The spacios Double Master Bedroom has built in wardrobe and overhead storage with an en suite . One separate twin bedroom also has built in storage. All bedding supplied with quilt covers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven , hob and grill.Delonghi microwave kettle and 4 slice toaster. Full size fridge freezer iron and ironing board and a full kitchen inventory. There is also a new curved 50in samsung TV with freeview.

We hired the caravan for a few weeks whilst working on a project nearby. The facilities in the caravan are excellent, including an en-suite to the master bedroom. Absolutely everything we needed was available to us, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner visited at the end of each week to check all was ok and provide clean bedding, towels etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending this caravan to future occupants. Overall an excellent stay!
