Absolutely beautiful lodge in an ideal location. The lodge is amazing, so spacious, clean, and with everything you could ever need and more. With a view over the lake, and a 5 minute walk to the facilities what more could you want? Valentines Lodge is an absolute must, we will be looking to go back for sure.

I would just like to say we could not have been happier with this beautiful, spacious lodge. Our granddaughters loved the walk in closet and we found them playing in there with the doors closed which was funny. There was plenty of room, its beautifully decorated. The kitchen especially made my holiday, lovely flow round and added bonus American style fridge freezer with chilled water and ice constantly. Our en-suite was great and the shower especially which was lovely. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for our amazing stay and all the help we received from you at any time needed.

Absolute luxury, there is nothing to fault about this spacious clean lodge. Located just far enough away from the main complex about a 5 min walk so you don't hear any noise later at night and lovely views over the lake. We made the most of the extensive decking area as the weather was really good for us. The girls loved the walk in wardrobe in their room and the fact they had there own bathroom as well. We've never had so much room around the beds in a caravan!! The kitchen area was delightful to cook in, it had everything you needed. A real home from home feeling. Paul the owner was excellent with all communications even though he was on holiday himself when we stayed. We will be booking soon for next year.

We are just home today from a wonderful time at this gorgeous lodge, it was a lot bigger than I expected it to be and the cleanest caravan holiday I have been on, Paul the owner is very quick to respond to emails and he gives you all the information you need for the lodge, the cleaning team do an excellent job for Paul’s guests, the lodge is in a beautiful location looking over the lake it’s also a nice quiet area and not too far to walk to the complex, it’s added extras were an advantage for us this year with a 2 year old and the decking is huge my 2 year old loved the space, we will definitely be returning next year as we will have a 9 month old next year too, booking next year with a baby aswell as 3 year I will be at ease knowing we will arrive to a beautiful clean lodge to relax and have fun at, I can’t recommend Paul and his beautiful lodge enough everyone.

We are just back from a fantastic weekend at haggerston. The lodge is stunning, location wise it’s about a 5 minute walk to the main complex situated in a nice corner plot with a large decking area that partly looks over the main lake. We’ve never stayed in a lodge as big or as immaculate as this one. A real credit to the owner who was very tentative and provided clear instructions via email on what to expect and how to operate the alarm etc.

Valentine Lodge is a brilliant very clean well equipped superior accommodation. It is situated in a pleasant quiet place in the park overlooking a lake. Paul the owner has been very helpful right from the start from the booking, offering advice on places to eat or see, making sure all was in place when we arrived & after we returned home checking all has been good for us. Paul always kept us updated on changes at the park under the present climate due to COVID.

I only have 1 word to describe this lodge and that is Wow!!! We absolutely loved our stay here over the weekend. The Lodge is in a beautiful location and is just stunning. The communications with Paul prior to our stay were excellent and he was always happy to answer any questions we had. My little boy was devastated to leave as he loved the massive decking and seeing the swans, geese and ducks every day. My mum wanted to take the bed home as it was so comfy and says it was the best sleep she has had I ages! We will definitely return. Thanks again ????

We had our Easter 2020 break booked for the lodge after falling in love with it on a previous stay. Due to Covid we rearranged our stay for the October holiday. Again, Covid has forced us to rearrange our stay for 2021 now. At times that have proved stressful and worrying for us as a family I cannot fault the customer care we have received from Paul, the owner, throughout this year. He has responded swiftly to e-mails and has been fully understanding of our decision to cancel/change dates, even at short notice, and has ensured that any money we paid has been transferred in full onto the next booking or refunded so that we were never out of pocket. I can highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for outstanding accommodation at Haggerston Castle but more importantly because of how pleasant Paul has been.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we absolutely loved it and will definitely booking with you again in the future, safe to say the accommodation is definitely the best we have ever stayed in on a Haven site. What a stunning lodge in a perfect location, lovely and quiet with great views of the main lake, it was nipping clean on arrival. This lodge has everything you could possibly need, more than enough space for our family. It is stunning we were so looking forward to getting here and while the weather was a bit of a let down the lodge certainly made up for it, we cant wait to come back at Easter and beyond. Thanks also to Paul who was on hand for the couple of minor queries we had great service.

Stayed at this beautiful lodge with my partner and 3 kids for the October week. The lodge was so spacious and had everything we needed the rooms are a great size and the beds are so comfortable unlike your standard caravan. The kids absolutely loved it and said that’s the only place they want to stay when we return to Haggerston castle. Paul was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning soon and can not wait to stay in this beautiful lodge again soon.

Second stay at the lodge and certainly won't be the last. A wonderful lodge in a quiet corner of the site and only a short walk from the main complex. Lovely dining room table and plenty of space for family to relax in. Very well equipped and perfect for young families. Excellent and quick communication with the owners. 5 stars all round!

This is a beautiful lodge within a quiet area of the park. My family who were staying in another caravan on site spent more time at mine! Everything you need was available within lodge. Owners were very pleasant and quick to respond to all correspondence. Would definitely return to this lodge again.

This has got to be one of the best lodges I have ever stayed in it’s just luxury the lodge is located in a very private and quiet area. The beds are very comfy and shower very powerful you have everything you need for self catering plenty utensils and towels which is a bonus very clean only a 5 minute walk to main complex and shop will definitely be back in future and would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and great communication with the owner on how to get into lodge

This was our first stay at this holiday park with our two grandchildren and we were impressed. Correspondence with the owner was easy and very responsive. The lodge was superb with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The lodge was bright and modern with plenty of room to chill. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Nice view of the boating lake. Plenty of wildlife to keep my grandchildren amused. Very quiet at night time even though it was a bank holiday. Wi fi would have been a bonus. A little suggestion would be to supply a bath mat in both bathrooms. Will definitely be booking this lodge again.

A beautiful holiday home with everything one could possibly need. Comfortable and warm, which you need should the weather turn cold, especially with little ones.You have the best of both worlds as the lodge is in a quiet area with lovely surroundings and then you can have access to a very active day/night social scene within a five minute walk. Correspondence with the owners was very impressive they were quick to respond and gave detailed information for our stay, very pleasant a pleasure to deal with. We hopefully will be back. Thank you.
