Owner Description

This caravan is one of its kind on the park, there are no other caravans on the site of this nature. It is brand new and has only been used for a few months. We have already found it to be a very relaxing and comfortable environment due to its unique and spacious lay out. Each room is generous in size and has plenty of storage.
The single room which doubles up as a cosy snug has proved a very popular space for any family member wanting some time out or for the kids to hang out together. It has its own TV/dvd and Sound system and it’s a perfect space should you want to bring a games console.
The bathroom is a Jack & Jill style creating an ensuite to the master bedroom or accessed through another door from the corridor. Again it is generously sized with both a bath and a shower. There is only one toilet.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a five ring gas hob, large double oven, combination microwave, large fridge freezer and separate drinks fridge. Again plenty of storage and all the utensils you would need when on holiday.
The lounge is light and airy with plenty of seating and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. A large tv/dvd and sound system. A good size dining table or comfortable mealtimes. It is carpeted through out with lovely soft thick carpet to add a spot of luxury.
The caravan is cited on a sunny end pitch which has a neighbor only on one side which makes for a very spacious feeling. There is parking for two cars. On the deck there is a patio set and barbecue.

  • Additional Info: The park itself is tastefully laid out amongst wooded glades and open the grass areas. Even when the park is at its fullest it does not seem busy and it’s not noisy. There are good facilities with a well-stocked and fairly priced shop, laundry, swimming pool and sauna, outdoor play areas. The clubhouse has a bar and restaurant, indoor soft play, games room, Large screen TVs for sports vIewing, and a full schedule evening entertainment for children and adults alike. During the day is a holiday club to keep the children entertained.
    There is free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, as yet the park has been unable to secure Wi-Fi in the individual caravans.
    There are nice walks locally and St Minver has a good pub, post office and church. 1 mile away is the well known village of Rock with the foot ferry over to Padstow or a walk across the dunes to Daymer. A 10 minute drive brings you to Wadebridge where the Camel Trail begins. A five minute drive in the opposite direction takes you to the coast and the popular surfing beach of Polzeath.
