Description


The holiday home is equipped with everything you need to have a carefree, relaxing holiday. It is situated in a quiet spot, only a short walk to the beach and all amenities. It has a fully enclosed and gated decking area with comfortable seating and parking is immediately alongside home.

The holiday home is double glazed, centrally heated and has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player and fireplace. There is a spacious family bathroom and an additional separate cloakroom.

The holiday home comfortably sleeps six with a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate two additional guests and comprises:
Main Bedroom - Double bed, double wardrobe with drawers, cupboard storage, dressing table and mirror, bed side tables and a radiator.
Bedroom 2 – Configurable as a double bed or twin beds, single wardrobe, cupboard storage, mirror and radiator
Bedroom 3 – Configurable as a double bed or twin beds, single wardrobe, cupboard storage and radiator.
Main Bathroom - Basin, toilet, toiletries storage, shower cubicle, towel rail, and radiator.
Cloakroom – Basin, toilet, toiletries storage, and radiator.
Livingroom/ dining area - Large wrap around sofa with chaise longue, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, electric fire, cupboards, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, radiator.
Kitchen - Fully equipped open plan with full size fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coat hooks, and broom.
Outside – Gated decking area with deck lights, chairs and table, grass area, barbeque and parking (additional parking is available close to the Park Reception).

Duvets and pillows for the bedrooms are all included in the rental price, but you will need to bring your own bed linens, towels (bath, beach and tea).

The rental price includes Waterside entertainment passes for each member of your party, along with gas and electric. However, the pool/spa have a small additional charge, payable directly to the park. Waterside Holiday Park advise that the 2019 swimming pass prices are:
Adult daily pass: £3.60
Child daily pass: £2.90
Adult weekly pass: £20
Child weekly pass: £15

Waterside Holiday Park is next to the beach and has indoor and outdoor pools, gym, spa, bars and restaurants, nightly entertainment during the summer, laundry facilities, a take-out fish and chip shop, and a small SPAR shop. Close by are other restaurants, pubs and fish and chip shops. There are regular daytime buses to and from Weymouth. There are interesting walks and many attractions within a short drive.
Booking Conditions

Bookings include entertainment passes to allow access to Park’s Waterside sports bar, soft play area and nightly entertainment at The Venue entertainment complex.

Leisure centre passes (swimming pool etc.) are not included in the booking, but for a small charge can be purchased from reception.

No large single sex groups are allowed (family site).

No pets allowed in this caravan.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the caravan or on the decking.

No boats, jet skis or vans permitted onto the park.

£100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday or at time of booking if less.

An additional £100 refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned after satisfactory caravan inspection is completed following your departure.

Short breaks are available on request subject to other bookings

Lovely caravan, extremely well equipped, veranda a bonus good quality outside furniture, all 3 generations enjoyed the stay. Short walk to beach, overall good experience with booking and good communications from owners. Thank you.
