THE CARAVAN
Our privately owned static caravan is available to let at 4* Ocean Edge Holiday Park, Heysham, Morecambe, Lancashire. LA3 2XA
There are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and a twin room), there is also a pull out bed in the living room suitable for 1 adult for occasional use.
We can book a maximum of 8 people in our caravan. (7 adults/children, and 1 baby sleeping in a travel cot). A travel cot would need to be placed in the living area due to space restrictions in the bedrooms.
The caravan benefits from a sea view to the back of the caravan, decking to the front along with garden furniture. double glazing and central heating.
All bedding is supplied, including throwovers, and all mattress and pillows come with protectors on them.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, steamer, pots/pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, coffee whitener, basic condiments, a large cleaning kit, tea towels, and an iron and board.
There is hand wash at 3 sinks plus hand sanitiser available.
In the living area we have a large TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDS, an XBOX 360 with a selection of games, and a cupboard with games/ quiz books etc.
We have just had new carpets fitted, curtains made, seating areas reupholstered, and new accessories added (May 2021)
There is space to park 1 car outside the caravan, directly in front of the decking. Any additional cars would need to be parked on the main car park at reception. Please do not park on anyone else's pitch.

Passes for the clubhouse (if needed) are sold separately at reception.
This may well be subject to change, but at the moment the prices we have been given for your party are:
Low season - Adult £10.95 Child £7.95
High season - Adult £12.95 Child £8.95

The site is open 12 months of the year
The clubhouse/ entertainment is open 9 months of the year Feb- Nov
There are plenty of local scenic walks in the area, including a nature reserve on the edge of the complex, ST Peters Church in Heysham village, Half Moon Bay etc.
Heysham village is 1.6 miles
Morecambe is 4 miles
Lancaster is 7 miles

The price advertised is the cost for the break itself.
We take a £75 deposit on top of this cost, which is refunded after the caravan has been checked/ cleaned after stay within 7 days, with no evidence of smoking, pets, damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, more people staying at the caravan than booked on the break.
Full payment is required any time up until 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Last minute breaks (under 4 weeks prior to the arrival date), payment will be required in full at the time of booking.
