Located in a quieter cul-de-sac position, this is a stunning Prestige, Pet Friendly, 2 Bed 6 Berth Willerby Salsa Eco Caravan, Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all those little extra touches designed to make your holiday even more special. The front door leads out onto the large decked veranda, providing you with another area to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. Gated and with ramp access, this makes for a secure area for your younger family members.

There is outdoor seating by way of a patio table & 4 chairs.

Lounge/Dining Area:
A very spacious, open plan area has a modern & light feel to it. With its large L-Shaped fixed seating arrangement there will be plenty of space to sit and relax. The pull out double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area. There is a 32" TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and an integrated Bluetooth Sound System with ceiling speakers. The contemporary wall mounted gas fire and air blown heating throughout will provide ample warmth even on the most chilly of evenings. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the fixed dinette and bench seating.

Kitchen:
This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you should need and more. With full sized oven & hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle & toaster. Even your tea towels are provided.

Master Bedroom with En-suite:
A 4'6" double bed with duvet & pillows(bring your own linen) should ensure the perfect nights sleep. You have plenty of storage too with the fitted bedroom furniture. There is also an en-suite WC & hand basin.

Twin Room:
With two single beds measuring 2'3"x 6' which can also be pushed together to configure into a double. Once again duvets and pillows are provided.

Bathroom/Shower Room:
Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, hand basin & WC.

There is plenty of parking directly beside the caravan.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain play passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception or in advance (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
