Brand New 2018 model 3 bedroom Willerby Aspen mini lodge for rent at Devon Cliffs. Located on Karo Place situated on a front row pitch providing uninterrupted panoramic seaviews. The mini lodge is wider than normal caravans at 13ft wide. There is a large gated decking with furniture to enjoy al fresco dining whilst taking in the breath taking views.

The caravan boasts full double glazing and central heating.

This caravan is dog friendly. We accept well behaved dogs in this caravan.

The caravan also benefits from a full inventory that you should need for your holiday. Also TVs in all bedrooms as well as large tv in the lounge.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with all mod cons and all utensils you should require. Full size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Gas cooker and hob with over head extractor hood. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

DINING - The dining table is free standing and has upholstered free standing chairs.

LOUNGE - Large ‘L’ shaped sofa which is fixed (no sofa bed) and 2 arm chairs. There is an electric fire, TV, DVD player and freeview. There is sliding patio doors which open up on to large gated veranda.

BEDROOMS - Main large double bedroom with room for travel cot, vanity area, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and sink. There are then 2 x twin bedrooms in which the beds can be pushed together to make double beds if needed. Both twin bedrooms have TVs. All bedrooms have pillows and duvets provided, you need to provide and take with you Pillow cases, Duvet Covers and Bottom Sheets.

FAMILY BATHROOM - There is a double shower unit, wc and sink.

LOCATION - This caravan is located on Karo Place, front row pitch. 5-7 mins walk to complex and beach. Parking close by but not allocated.
THE PRICES FOR THE BREAKS IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESNT INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES

The caravan is amazing and the location and views were the best and would be hard finding another like it for us as it was the perfect place However with the booking there was some trouble as I never received the email to allow me to book the entertainment passes, I chased up and was told 'it had been sent' and that was it I posted on a Devon Cliffs forum asking if the passes were worth me chasing (as at this point I had been back and forth) or should I just leave it as I hate to say this, I didn't feel like I was getting any help from Kirsten she just kept replying to my emails saying she had registered us and Haven have confirmed I had received the email but that was not helping me as I still had not received any email and when I called Haven they told me Kirsten needs to send me a reference number but Kirsten replied with she is never given any number which is fair enough but this was not helping me and was on going for weeks so an extremely kind owner on the forum I had posted my question on helped me with information and even contacted Kirsten for me and Kirsten was not happy about this but she then went on to help me and reregister my booking so I then finally received the email but this was just 3 days before our arrival so when it came I booked passes straight away but nothing was left so we spent £75 on one swimming session which was all we could get booked in as everything was chargeable and we didn't need the passes for those activities so after all the stress the passes were not worth it] When we arrived at the park, the receptionist couldn't find our passes, I explained about all the trouble I had with booking them in the first place and she felt sorry for me I think and just gave us some passes Overall our stay at Devon cliffs was lovely and we will be returning and I would love to stay in the same caravan but with all the trouble I had with the passes it has put me off I understand things can go wrong and for whatever reason I didn't receive the email but I was made to feel like I was a nuisance for asking for advice on what to do about it and was left to ask advice elsewhere and then they only done something to help me once someone else got involved but I then still missed out as we couldn't book any free activities

I have to say though I did try lots to help sort the passes situation for you as I know how frustrating it was but unfortunately as you were told the wrong information by Haven (that I had to give you a reference number) this made it even more frustrating. yes another owner tried to help but again she gave the wrong information to you also which didnt help as an agent it is dealt with differently which I did explain to you at the time. Every owner just as I did at the time registers all guests details to Haven who then provide the link to passes and car pass etc. I do not have the facility to send that to you or give a reference number as it does come from Haven direct, I am sorry about that but I truly did do everything I could to help the situation which unfortunately took some time. I am glad you enjoyed the caravan it is a beautiful caravan in a stunning location thank you
