Welcome to our family 3 bedroom Platinum Holiday Home at Burnham-On-Sea Holiday Village. Our holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location offering stunning lakeside views and only a short walk from the main complex. The holiday home offers a home from home feel benefiting from Double Glazing and Central Heating.There is a modern fitted kitchen equipped with a washing machine, cooker/hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Crockery, Cutlery, Saucepans. There is a spacious open plan dining area/lounge having a dining table, gas fire, 40" TV with free view and DVD Player. There are french doors opening onto a decking area with lake views.The main bathroom has a radiator, shower, hand basin & toilet. There are 3 bedrooms, all having wall mounted 24" TV/DVD players. The main bedroom has walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower, hairdryer. Both twin bedrooms have wardrobes & storage cupboards. All bedrooms have Mattress & Pillow Protectors, we ask that these are not removed. Pillows & Duvets (1 x double, 4 x single) are provided for all 3 bedrooms but guests are required to provide their own bedding and towels.

Burnham-On-Sea Town Centre and Sea Front is only a short walk away. Along the High Street, there are a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafe's together with Amusement Arcades, Gift Shops, Ritz Cinema and Princess Theatre, Apex Park. Supermarkets are a short drive away from the park.
Weston Super-Mare, Brean Leisure Park, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Clarkes Shopping Village, these are a few places to visit in Somerset.
Owners Booking Terms:
To secure your booking we require a £50.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit. A £75.00 Caravan Security Bond will be required and payable with the Final Balance which is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and deposit will be non-refundable. The security bond will be returned within 7 days after your holiday providing the caravan is left clean, tidy and damage free.
