Our privately owned holiday home is spacious, well maintained, double glazed and centrally heated throughout, it is situated on New Road, a quiet no through road close to the conservation pond and only a few minutes walk to the centre of the park.
The light and airy living area is well-proportioned with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with freesat, DVD player, radio cassette player and electric fire. The fully fitted kitchen has a full sized gas cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, iron and ironing board. There is a free standing dining table and seating for six. The master bedroom has a king size bed , walk-in wardrobe, dressing table unit , an en-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, drawers, storage cupboards and TV with DVD. There is another shower, toilet and hand basin in the shower room opposite. A pull out sofa bed in the living area provides for two guests. For stays of four nights or more all bed linen is provided, beds will be made up ready for your arrival (with the exception of the sofa bed, linen, quilt and pillows are provided for this bed). For stays of 3 nights please ask.
We provide tea coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, tin foil, tea towels, dishcloth and scourer as well as washing up liquid, liquid soap, kitchen and toilet rolls, . There is a large decked area outside the caravan with BBQ, patio table, chairs and a parasol for al fresco dining . We have a small entrance porch for coats and boots/shoes, an outdoor storage box containing windbreak for the beach, etc. A washing line, pegs and clothes airer are provided. Ample for parking space for two cars. There is a large grass fire break at the front of the caravan.
Books, DVDs , board games and jig saws are provided for you to enjoy as well as an abundance of wild life including birds, rabbits, squirrels and deer. Bird food is provided to attract wildlife into the garden . Wifi is available in the leisure area. We hope we have thought of everything need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Gas and electricity is included in the hire charge.
One dog is welcome in the living area but must be kept on a lead at all times when on the Park and not left unattended. We make a charge of £10 per week for a dog. The following breeds of dog are not permitted on Kelling Heath Holiday Park: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown.
Saturday is the normal changeover day but we may be able to accommodate other days, please ask.

LOCAL AREA;
There are many attractions in the local area including beaches at Weybourne, Sheringham, Holkham and Cromer. Blakeney Wildlife Sanctuary, NT Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall and Estate, Holt, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park, Holkham Hall and Langham Glass and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are a short drive away. Horse riding is available nearby.
