A very cosy, homely, clean caravan to stay in with the dog. The selection of kitchen utensils & cleaning products was good if required. The caravan was in a good spot on the park, the little decking area at the front of the caravan was lovely to sit on in the morning when the sun was shinning. Overall we enjoyed our stay & hope to return.

Lovely caravan in a quiet position. Away from the complex but not too far just a short walk. Owner provides almost everything you would need even for the children and dogs. Nice comfortable beds which makes a change from what we have had elsewhere. Good communication with owner and a small problem with oven fixed very quickly we were impressed. Also used the Small Fry chip shop and Chinese shop suggested by owner and both went down very well. All you would need for a relaxing break at Church Farm. Hope to be back soon.

As a group(2) of "older" ladies we found this caravan to be ideal for the relaxing weekend we planned for. Although the site is quite large and very busy around the activity hub., the caravan is situated a good distance from the hub so is in fact very peaceful. Caravan was lovely and clean, and had all you would need for a comfortable stay. The caravan is ideally situated for exploring the vicinity and has some lovely dog walks close by. Thank you to the host for providing a home from home caravan at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend and will be looking at returning.

This is a lovely caravan, can’t fault it , great for children & dogs !!!! The caravan is very good filled up with all your needs , Very clean caravan site !! What more can I say , book it now !! I’ll be going back !!

Lovely caravan everything you could possibly need, great location. Nice little touches like toys for the little one even some ice lollys in the freezer. Neighbours opposite lovely they took time to speak to my Autistic Grandson and show him there Bird so kind. We will definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week, very relaxing although the weather could have been better. Lovely caravan park, well kept. Ideal for the beach and for exploring Pagham Harbour RSPB nature reserve.

We had a lovely week stay. A very well looked after caravan, 5* cleanliness. The caravan is in a quite location towards the back of the park. Lots of dog friendly walks which go around the lagoon. My favourite part was sitting on the balcony in the sunshine. We will return. Thank you.

Great caravan for our family of 6 and 2 little dogs. Nicely situated from the main amenities of the park and would happily stay again. The owner was also very easy to deal with. Lovely stay.

Lovely caravan with everything you need. Great location for exploring, lots of great dogs walks. The weather was cooler than we would have liked some days and having the central heating made for a perfect break giving the caravan a warm cosy feeling. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a lovely weekend break so lucky with the weather. Home from home the caravan gives you that feeling so cosy, everything you need is there. Perfect spot where the caravan is situated so quiet. Lots of lovely walks with the nature reserve near by.. definitely book again ..

Had a lovely few days at this, quiet, clean, well equipped caravan and look very much forward to visiting again. Great walks for the dog being on the outskirts of the site but yet very close to all amenities, lovely spot. The weather was very kind and sitting on the veranda was a bonus, watching the world go by., wonderful.

Lovely caravan, very clean and incredibly comfortable. We both felt very at home, and had lots of space. The decked area to the front was a real bonus as we took our dog with us, and enjoyed pleasant evenings sitting out and watching the stars. All comforts catered for, and despite the awful weather , we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to visiting again, especially as the caravan was situated in a quiet area of the site.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here in August. The caravan was to a very high standard of cleanliness, well equipped and very comfortable. It’s in a lovely quiet part of the park and we enjoyed the walking and cycling around the area. Would definitely recommend????.

Thankyoù so much for letting us have fabulous holiday in you beautiful caravan had everything we needed for a lovely well deserved weeks break made so many memories and laughs just what we wanted to do as my dad has vascular dementia and he enjoyed himself he made us laugh again plus videos lots of memories to be able to look at and the veranda was fantastic for him to sit out on plus getting in and out from the caravan all your neighbours was friendly plus the dogs loved it they was able to go outside without running away it was just perfect thankyou till the next time Sandra in LONDON

Thanks for another great weekend away, as always caravan was spotless and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning sunshine. The kids loved being able to convert the single beds into a double in the bedroom, a great bonus which wasn’t here last year. Unlike booking through Haven you gave us the personal touch that made all the difference. Look forward to returning later this year.

Fab mid week break, so nice to have a caravan where dogs are allowed. Ideal location for dog walks out from the back of the caravan to either the fields to the right or the golf course to the left, and longer walkers to the beach. Added bonus that the food at the on site restaurant was very good. Looking forward to coming back.

Yet another fantastic week we've had here. The caravan is so well kept lovely and clean when you arrive, just what you want. Beds and facilities are great and the balcony is superb, what else do you need. Can't wait to come back.

This caravan exceeded my expectations of a caravan. It is very well fitted: good regular home size oven and stove. Shower has awesome pressure. Two toilet and basins which is very handy. Well furnished and like new..good fittings and useful blinds(not a curtain fan myself) clean to. It actually had what you need for when you just got off the road and want to crash your head...wake and have a shower. And coffee!

That's just how I feel when I get there!!!

Was looking around and there doesn't seem to be many caravans that are dog friendly. ..so we booked this via the owner as we were taking the dog. On doing further search we found plenty of local dog walks near by such as selsey, bognor the witterings. The actual van was at a quieter location, away from the main site facilities, which is a bonus for me,was nice nutural colours,..spacious,cosy, very comfy beds with all the mod cons, including two toilets...plus dog bed & extra accessories for the them. We didn't use the site main facilities as we shopped before we arrived as planned to be out walking all 3 days..... the local pub is only 10mins walk from site and dog friendly. I recommend this listing.... and hope to come back. Big thank you

The Caravan was of a high standard, good value for price paid, there was only 2 adults but could sleep more, it was also good to know that my dog was welcomed. The only down side was the cost of passes, charged by Haven £18 each for short break, and they were not used as the entertainment was aimed at children which didn't appeal to us.

Thank you for your comments. Passes are optional and at least you know now that you don't need to purchase any for next time you come!

Lovely holiday home with all mod cons. Very clean and tidy but a bit disappointed that we were expected to clean to a high standard before leaving. This was not pointed out to us. Other holiday homes we have stayed in send cleanersin before the next party arrive. Also we we not told we could not eat or drink onsite with out paying £18 each for three days. A bit more info would have been useful

Thank you for your helpful comments. I have now added to my advert that I expect guests to leave the caravan clean and tidy although, I don't expect it to be spring cleaned. I will always give information or refer guests to the Haven web site if I'm asked for any other details. As most guests who want to book my caravan know Church Farm Holiday Village I take it for granted that guests are aware that they need to purchase passes to use the park facilities. Check out the prices Haven charge for a weekend in June....

Lovely Caravan, superb location with lots to do, added bonus of the Gas BBQ which was provided by the owner. Pluses for me was the walk in shower and the two bathrooms in the caravan. The caravan was cleaned to a very high standard. Thanks for a great few days will be back.
