A fantastic stay with my family, Caravan was spotless and spacious , very comfortable, well equipped, Loved it and beautiful location. Site had lots of activities to keep the children entertained and Staff there are very helpful and friendly. Owners of the caravan extremely helpful contact was efficient and easy booking system. Very happy with everything and we all can not wait to return again. Beaches are magnificent and there is really so much around this beautiful area to do. Spoilt for choice.

We had a really lovely stay in this spacious and well equipped caravan. The caravan is in such a lovely setting, we used the swimming pool a number of times and the staff on site were friendly. The caravan is well equipped, was warm and this was important as staying in October it can be cold. Plenty to do in the surrounding area, we would recommend. I found Gail extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We made good use of the DVD player as the WiFi isn’t great in Cornwall but tbh this was helpful as it was relaxing away from it all. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We spent a lovely week in this caravan. The caravan was left in a nice clean state. It is positioned on the edge of the site in a quiet elevated position. The caravan is well equipped and spacious. Communication with the owner was always excellent , very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this caravan.

Absolute lovely van brilliant location we had a mixture of ages in our children (5in total)from the age 17 down to 2 years old !! The park pass is really cheap, didn’t like the park much as there wasn’t a lot to do there and the entertainment wasn’t great. But there was so much to do at Park boat trips, days out we spend most of our time at the seasidex x overall a brilliant holiday couldn’t write them enough but definitely back again thank you very very much x x hayley

Lovely clean and spacious caravan, two toilets always a bonus with a large family. Owners of the caravan have always been very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Keep going back year after year due to fantastic caravan, facilities on site and the local area is great for beaches. Lots to do whatever the weather.

Great caravan in lovely quiet area of the park. Equipped with plenty of good crockery and cutlery. Also good slection of CLEAN pots and pans if you want to cook. Decking area is fantastic, there's a small grassed area just behind where young children would be safe to play. The owners are great and very informative, they respond very quickly although we didn't need to contact them during our stay as we didn't have any issues. Overall this is a great base when staying in Cornwall, lovely beaches nearby and town/supermarkets only 10/15 mins away.

Fantastic caravan in a quiet, secluded part of the park with a gorgeous veranda under the trees and facing the fields. The caravan is really well equipped and comfortable. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the well stocked Nisa shop and not much further to the Manor House where you can get a coffee or beer. Super safe site and the kids lived ‘going up to the house’ to play in the 2p machines and get better WiFi! Went to the pool a couple of times which was good fun - you have to book in so do it as soon as you get there. Walked to Rock which was ok (a lot of it was on the road). A better walk is to Polzeath - ask the chef - he can tell you the way! Anyway had a top time. Kids loved it. Super peaceful site. Will return for sure. Harriet

Late review , date stayed 07/08/2020 to 14/08/2020. Lovely holiday park and very clean caravan with all the new government guidelines put in place . Caravan owner very helpful with finding out new information about new policies to the holiday park. The caravan is the best caravan we have stayed in , for space, cleanliness , quiet location and comfort. We have been going to the holiday park for over 10 years and my family absolutely Love it. Can’t wait for next year. Great value for money. Thank you.

The caravan was very clean and roomy, and in a private location on the site. We had a great time re-visiting the places we hadn't been to since we took our children years ago. The area has some great places to visit and the site is well located with the main beaches and towns all in easy reach. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

The caravan was very spacious, clean and comfortable, one of the best vans we have ever stayed in. Very good value for money, in a very quiet location. Everything needed was in the caravan and was good to have central heating to pop on for half an hour evenings and mornings, it warmed up very quickly. Lucky to have good weather most days of our fortnight. We felt very comfortable and relaxed, amazing shower and handy to have 2 toilets. The caravan is on a quiet and wildlife abundant site which is a bonus, too many sites these days are big and rowdy, this suited us fine. Would highly recommend a holiday in this caravan, the owners are very helpful and you can tell they really look after their caravan and care about those who stay in it. Great value for money, would certainly love to stay here again if holidayed in North Cornwall in the future. It really helped make our holiday better having such wonderful accommodation. We had a great week, staying in the caravan with our 11 & 9 year olds. The caravan is in a quiet spot with easy access to all the park facilities and the park is conveniently placed for exploring the local area/beaches. We would definitely recommend!
