RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
£30 non refundable deposit required to secure the date. Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday date (payment by bank transfer)
If less than 4 weeks to start of holiday then full payment is required to secure the date.
Sorry we do not accept pets.
The price for your caravan stay with us has been based on the number of guests registered with us at the time of booking. Any additional guests can only be added to a booking at our discretion and will incur an additional charge.
If at any point during your stay, extra guests are found to be in our caravan beyond what has been booked in with us, all guests will be asked to vacate the caravan.
Gas, electric & water included. Please kindly note that electric vehicles are NOT to be charged from the caravan. The caravan electrics are not designed for that purpose and is for domestic use within the caravan only. Nearest charging points can be found in Scarborough at Lidl, Tesco and Brunswick car parks.
All electric heaters & gas fire in the caravan must be turned off when the caravan is unoccupied for safety reasons.
Prices do not include Haven’s “Play” passes, these can only be purchased from main reception on arrival. Subject to availability.
No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking.
No BBQs disposable or gas permitted on the decking or underneath it.
No signs, banners or balloons to be attached onto the decking or the caravan (inside or outside).
Families or couples only.
CANCELLATIONS
Payment in full for your holiday must be received by us no later than 4 weeks prior to start of your holiday and failure to comply with this condition will result in a loss of your deposit and the cancellation of your booking.
If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason your deposit will not be refunded and the remaining balance if paid in full may not be refunded unless we are able to resell the date for the same price.
We advise you look at holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
If Haven close the site for any reason and your booking has to be cancelled a full refund will be given of all money paid.
