If you want to visit Haven's Flagship site with the facilities, direct access to a Beautiful beach, glorious sea views in much loved and care for privately owned caravan, private car parking space, children friendly caravan and location.
Location - we are located in a lovely quiet area second to last in a cul de sac, but not too far from main areas.
Facilities - The caravan has 3 bedrooms with central heating, double glazing, gated veranda with see views and a private car parking space.
Open plan living space, comprising:
Lounge area - ample seating, TV with integrated DVD, fire place with gas flame effect fire and amazing sea views from the large lounge room window.
Dining area - round table with ample seats around for 6, with window to let in lots of light.
Kitchen area - fully equipped kitchen including , fridge with a small freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and built-in ironing board and iron.
One double bedroom.
Two twin bedrooms with 2x single beds in each bedroom. Beds can be push together to create a double bed, all with plenty of storage.
Family bathroom room with double shower and sink.
Separate toilet.
Veranda - large gated veranda with deck furniture and glorious sea view.
Bedding And duvets and pillows are provided. We do not provide bath towels or beach towels. You will have to bring your own. We do provide hand towels and tea towels.
Devon Cliffs is a 5-star Haven holiday park. It sits on the Jurassic Coast world Heritage site, with spectacular cliff top location above a shelteerd, award-winning sandy beach. It is located on the east coast of Devon and has huge range of facilities.
Entertainment - there is a full entertainment program on site during the day and evening with children’s clubs ranging from 1 to 16+, bars and restaurants. An indoor and outdoor multilevel pool complex with a 4-lane waterslide. There are lots of different sports activities to suit everyone such as football, archery, Segways, paintball and fencing. Evening entertainment includes bingo, late night disco, live cabaret and shows.
Eating - there is an extensive choice of places to eat. This includes the South Beach Café with panoramic Seaview and amazing food. There is the Mash & Barrel. Fish ’n’ chips. In addition you will spot lots of recognisable names like Papa Johns, Burger King and Millies cookies. When the weather is good there is also a beach shack at the foot of the access ramp to the beach and a roof top terrace adjacent to the Mash & Barrel. If you wish to venture further afield you can walk into Exmouth or catch the bus which runs directly to Exmouth Town Centre directly from the park.
Local area - The West Country is a great holiday destination for all the family with lots of places to visit on foot or a short drive away. Highlights include Dartmoor National Park, Crealy Theme Park, Dartmouth Castle, Paignton Zoo and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum to name a few.
Many of the visitors to Devon Cliffs return year after year. It truly offers something for everyone!
We would respectfully ask that you take care of our holiday home which we love and only rent out to cover site fee.
We do not include passes in the price as some people do not require them. They simply want to enjoy the beautiful part of Devon and explore all that the local area has to offer. However, if you do require the use of the facilities these can be purchased from the main reception on arrival or at any time during your stay along with WiFi access. You can purchase them before your holiday by telephone in Devon Cliffs directly. There may be a discount if you purchase these prior to your stay.
On-site you will find: amusement arcade, crazy golf, indoor pool, restaurants, takeaway, kids clubs, outdoor pool, multi-level pool complex with four-lane waterslide. The complex also has as well has a grocery store, a laundrette and gift shop.
Local amenities include, scenic walks, water sports, nature reserve, golf course, amusement arcade,, pub and clubs, theme park, takeaway fish and historical attractions indoor pool.
No pets are allowed and no same sex parties (park rules). No smoking.
We take a fully refundable damage deposit of £100 that is refunded once the van is checked on departure.
