We have spent a wonderful week at Jan & Grahams lovely caravan. It is a wonderful base to explore this part of Devon. We visited some wonderful places and some beautiful beaches. We found the caravan to be very well equipped and lovely and homely. It is situated on a lovely spot which is very private. Thankyou Jan and Graham for letting us use your caravan and being very approachable with any queries we had .

We have spent a wonderful week at Jan and Graham's lovely caravan. It was so cosy and was home from home being very well equipped and a great location on the site. We visited so many lovely places in Devon and north Cornwall. A huge thanks to Jan and Graham who were very helpful when we needed to ask anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your caravan it had everything we needed the corner plot was lovely even made a friend ( a male pheasant ) who came everyday lol. The caravan is situated in a fantastic position to be able to go exploring we visited appledore , bude , Westwood ho all fantastic places we had the most amazing fish and chips in appledore was the best Iv ever had ???? appledore was great for crabbing my son thoroughly enjoyed it , hope to come again xx

One of the best caravans we've ever stayed in. We had a great time in Devon and would 100% stay in this caravan again when we return to North Devon (if allowed of course) Price was very reasonable and is excellent value for money. Caravan was very clean and organised. Shower was probably the best shower I have used in a caravan Overall, the caravan is very well accommodated for all occasions. I am quite a fussy person and I was more than happy with all the facilities on offer.

We had a brilliant time in this well equipped caravan. The owners have been very attentive throughout the booking process and our stay; checking that we have settled in well and had everything we needed. The caravan itself is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor decked area. It is in a nice little spot on the park. We found the location excellent for exploring the local area, visiting Appledore, Instow, Clovelly and Westward Ho! We also recommend a trip to The Milky Way theme park (just down the road) if you have young children. We bought entertainment passes and swam everyday in the outdoor and indoor pools on site. The kids loved this part of the day! The play park on site is also really good. We found the caravan excellent value for money and perfect for a family holiday.

This was first time stopping in this caravan, it was amazing it was so spacious and king size bedroom had loads of space either side of bed with all fitted wardrobes couldn't fault anything we had 2 weeks stopping there and we enjoyed every minute of it ,it also had a spare freezer and decking ,its also safe for young children, we will definitely be coming bck and stopping again and can't wait so thanks ????

Jan and Graham are such friendly and welcoming people. The caravan was absolutely beautiful and we cannot fault it at all. Very clean and cosy and felt just like home. So sad to leave but cannot wait to book our next trip here! The caravan is in such a nice quiet place so peaceful and calming. Thanks for a wonderful holiday home experience!!

Stayed in April 2021. Jan and Graham were marvellous people to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions. Caravan position was in a quiet area. Everything that we required was in the caravan and the shower was very good as was the heating system. All in all a very enjoyable experience Paul and Janet

Lovely spacious and comfortable caravan with lovely deck. All the facilities you’d need if a bit dated still very relaxing and perfectly functional. Lovely powerful shower and if you need it the heating comes on very quickly for a quick blast if it’s a bit chilly in the mornings. Nice quiet area of the park too. Lovely hosts very helpful and friendly, even though the weather wasn’t great we’d come back! Also don’t worry about the bedding it was immaculate just take your own covers.

We had a fanatastic short break in the caravan, despite a severe storm raging for a few days! It's well equipped, perfectly situated in a quiet spot, and still within easy reach of the site facilities. Booking, payment and communication with the owners was really easy. We highly recommend this as a place to stay with young children and look forward to a return visit. Thank you both!

Booking the caravan was very easy! Jan & Graham who own the caravan were extremely attentive when it came to asking questions. When we arrived at the caravan there was already things for us to use which was extremely helpful! Jan & Graham checked in with us halfway through the holiday which was lovely! Fantastic hosts! :) I would definitely recommend! The caravan park was also brilliant! 2 swimming pools & the entertainment was fantastic! Especially for younger children! :)

Had a lovely week here, the owners Jan & Graham were very helpful and thoughtful ensuring our stay was enjoyable. This caravan is in a good spot at the end of the row with a nice balcony with outdoor seating. A very clean and spacious caravan with a nice hot power shower and central heating. Big TV with lots of DVD's for rainy days. Lots of wardrobe space and comfortable beds. Not too far from the clubhouse which has a lovely indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool. The park is close to The Milky Way theme park which the kids loved, and the beach at Westward Ho. It was excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend staying here, we were sad to leave!
