Owner Description

Luxury 2 bedroom centrally heated self catering lodge raised up into the hillside (via 15 steps onto large raised decking area) offering lovely views. Outside seating with BBQ and patio heater. Luxury modern well equipped kitchen comprising built in dishwasher, full sized gas cooker and hob with extractor hood over, combination microwave, built in fridge and separate freezer, full range of wall and base units and decorative lighting with door to decking. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted tv. Radio/CD player. Double doors from kitchen leading to lounge with french doors leading to decking area. Range of built in lit display cupboards offering range of books, DVDs and games. Two leather sofas (2 and 3 seater). Coffee table, side tables, two standard lamps. Pebble / flame effect electric fire. 40" flat screen LED tv with cd/dvd player and 5.1 surround sound system. Hallway leading to main bathroom and bedrooms. Main bathroom comprising shower bath with shower over, vanity unit, extractor fan and wc, decorative lighting. Main bedroom comprising 5ft king size bed with extensive storage space and lighting. Hairdryer. Walk in style wardrobe. Flat screen LED tv with DVD player. Ensuite shower room leading off main bedroom with enclosed shower cabinet / thermostatic mixer shower, wc and wash handbasin with vanity unit and decorative lighting, extractor fan. Second twin bedded bedroom with two smaller single beds with wardrobe and storage cupboards. TV with built in DVD player. Private parking underneath lodge for 1 vehicle. The lodge has its own private laundry shed underneath raised decking comprising automatic washing machine and tumble drier for guests' use only. Snow shovel. Double glazing. All bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack provided. Full gas central heating via radiators in all rooms controlled via thermostat. Constant hot water on demand. Private swimming pool complex on park but use of this is at additional cost payable separately to park owner (not connected with my lodge) and availability of this will need to be checked by guests with park owner on arrival. The Loft Restaurant is available on park - check restaurant opening times on their website. Access to park is via private gated roadway leading to lodges and access details will be provided on payment of full balance. Only 1 small dog is accepted for which an extra £30 is chargeable and breed must be notified to myself at time of booking and must be exercised away from the park (see terms and conditions). Non refundable £100 deposit (to secure booking) payable at time of booking (via bank transfer) and full balance to be received within six weeks of arrival date (via bank transfer). PLEASE NOTE: SECURITY BOND OF £150 PAYABLE WITH FINAL BALANCE AND IS ONLY REFUNDED IN FULL AS PER OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Short breaks available minimum 3 nights (at least 48 hours notice required for last minute breaks).
