Owner Description
Located on a quiet area of the park, with plenty of parking just feet away.
Our immaculately kept privately owned family caravan boasts 3 good size bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. There is a spacious shower room with toilet and a separate wc. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters in the bedrooms. We have a 32" tv, with freeview in the lounge area with integrated DVD player. We offer a selection of dvds to cover all ages. We also have a selection of games to keep the kids occupied for any rainy days. All bed linen is included in the price of your stay. Towels are not included. We can supply a travel cot if required (this is to be discussed at time of booking) at no extra cost. If you have any other needs, then please just ask and we will do our best to help.

Fun passes will be required for most facilities, we do not provide them. These are available for you to buy at reception upon your arrival.
Strictly no smoking or vaping in the caravan. This also applies to any animals..No pets allowed.
Check in is after 2pm and we kindly ask that you vacate the caravan by 10am to allow the van to be cleaned.
Upon booking a £75 bond/deposit is required within 2 days to confirm your chosen date. This is refunded within 7 days of you leaving, provided the caravan is left in the same condition as when you first arrived. The full holiday balance is due at least 4 weeks prior to your stay. Failure to do so may mean you lose your chosen date and the deposit.
We ask that you leave the caravan clean and that you place all rubbish in the bins that are located close to the caravan.
