Make some memories in our wonderful home from home! Situated at Lakeside Caravan Park, within Butlin's resort in Minehead. We have a private parking spot, and we are just 5-10 minutes' walk from the clean sandy beach, which is directly across the road from the resort entrance.

Walk a little further and you are in Minehead town centre, a thriving High Street with an inviting mix of national brands and unique independent traders. The famous steam railway goes from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard.

Our caravan is set up to be as homely as possible, and a comfortable base for your holiday whether you are 4 or 84! Everything has been thought of: the caravan will be cleaned thoroughly before you stay, and fresh bedlinen will be provided for you - including all beds made up* (*for first six guests. If the pull out lounge bed is used, then bedlinen is provided but not fitted).

In order to ensure the best possible break for all of our guests, we add a damage bond onto the cost of all bookings. This will be held until our onsite representative has been able to verify the condition of the caravan and it's contents. As soon as we receive the confirmation (usually within 3 days of you leaving the caravan) we return the damage bond directly to the person who paid it. Should any extra costs be incurred in making good any damage, you will be advised at the earliest possible opportunity. There are two rates of bond fee applicable: for a standard break it's set at £100 per break. For special events including music weekenders, the bond is set at £50 per guest.
This year, UkCaravans4hire have changed the way in which they show the bookings on our availability calender. We still provide the following options:
Friday - Friday (7 nights)
Friday - Monday (3 nights)
Monday - Monday (7 nights)
Monday - Friday (4 nights).

In short, the price of the break includes:

* Hire of fully equipped caravan for the duration of the break advertised.
* Wristbands for up to 4 guests (additional wristbands can be purchased up to a maximum of 8 guests at a cost of £15 per guest, per break).
*Bedlinen hire for all guests booked to stay in our caravan.
*Butlin's booking fee. (Please note that any alterations after the booking is processed will accrue a charge of £10, which is set by Butlin's.
