We love our holiday home. We think you will too. We want to ensure that everything is perfect for all of our guests. For this reason, we ask for a damage bond (£100 per booking for general breaks, or £50 per person for special events) when you make the final payment for your holiday. On the day you vacate the caravan, our representative at Butlin's will make sure that everything is as good as when you arrived. As soon as they confirm this with us, the damage bond will be returned to you. This is usually 72 hours after vacating the caravan.
Unless otherwise stated, our prices include all passes required for you and your guests to enjoy any inclusive activities provided for you by Butlin's. Butlin's are solely responsible for the entertainment provided onsite, and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any changes to the entertainment advertised. All information provided by us are correct at the time of booking.
Deposits for hiring our caravan are set at £50 per break, and can be paid by Bank transfer for free, or by PayPal or debit/credit card (fees apply. Please ask for details). The balance can be spread over as many payments as you would like, but please note that payment must be received in full by the date agreed upon booking.
All December breaks must be paid in full by November 1st.
It is Butlin's policy that we must take details for every person who stays on their park. This includes full name, permanent address and date of birth for everyone who stays in our caravan. In addition, we will need a telephone number and email address from the holiday organiser. Please ensure that these are correct details, as any person who has not been registered with Butlin's will be refused entry, or if already on the premises will be instructed to leave.
