Description

Description

I have tried to make our caravan a little home from home to ensure you have a lovely relaxing break. On arrival, I always make sure there is tea/coffee/sugar/milk and biscuits to welcome my guests. The site is just a 15 minute walk to the town and very central for exploring other areas of Cornwall. I am one of the lucky ones to have a sea view from my caravan from the large lounge window and also when sat on the veranda.

I supply all duvets, pillows, covers, sheets and also some throws in case of chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, new cooker, microwave, cooking utensils, cleaning materials etc. I supply a bath mat and hand towel and tea towels so the only linen you need to bring is your own towels. The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with storage above the beds. I do have a travel cot if needed. The lounge/dining area has plenty of seating and a tv/dvd combi with some dvds and board games for your entertainment.

There is enough parking for 2 vehicles right beside the veranda side of the caravan. Wifi is available on site but it is through Vale Holiday Parks and does incur a small fee. There is a leaflet in the caravan explaining. I am on Vodafone and my hubby is with 3 and we always find we have 3G whilst there.

Please feel free to ask if you have any special requests and I will do my best to try to accommodate. The site itself has a reception that has a small limited shop, a launderette, games room and a BBQ area. Once you've found your bearings there are mini supermarkets in the town where you would find everything you need. I like to leave my guests enjoy their holiday and have installed a keysafe for easy access. I am always on the end of a phone and I live just 40 mins away so am always nearby if needed.

The prices shown are for Saturday to Saturday which I offer during the easter and summer periods but I can also do a minimum 3 night stay off peak times so please don't hesitate to ask for availability.

Family With Young Children

Date of stay - 20 Jul 2019 - 27 Jul 2019

Just returned today from a fabulous week's stay. Caravan was so lovely, with lots of little touches and things left for our arrival which made it feel really welcoming after a 6 hour journey. Everything you could need was already there. Lots of dvds and games for the family, well stocked kitchen items etc and super comfy beds too. The decking area is a lovely space with great views, especially at sunset. We ate outside every evening. Location is also good, not too far down to the beach, about 10 minutes walk, slightly longer on the way back with the hill "keeping you fit". Sues communication was brilliant and really helpful, I'm so glad we chose to stay here, our family have had a lovely weeks break and would love to return!

Thanks so much Amber. I'm so glad you and your family had a great time and thank you for your kind words. You are more than welcome to come again. Sue x
