Our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday check in after 2.30pm and departure strictly by 10.00am to allow the caravan to be cleaned and checked. We will look at weekend and week days only bookings if the dates are available, please contact us directly.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit and a £50 damage and cleaning deposit
The cleaning and damage deposit will be returned within 7 days providing there has been no cleaning issues or damage which will be reported to you within 24hrs of your departure confirming if part or all of the deposit is to be with held.

Description

Our family holiday home is a 2018 sited Willerby Seasons 3 bedroom 6 sleeper caravan fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Full Central heating throughout with double glazing two toilets and a shower, with parking for two cars. Situated in a prime location within this well maintained site run by Haven close to all the amenities and the beach on the coast.

We are minutes away from the entertainment hub of the site in a quiet area among the privately owned caravans. The Site has its own pub/restaurant The Mash and Barrel, a Papa Johns pizza parlor and the sites owned well run Fish and Chip shop It has a mini-mart with bakery serving Costa Coffee, launderette, swimming pool with slide, amusements, crazy golf and an activity centre offering shooting archery and much more for all ages. There is entertainment every night in the entertainment hub which will require entertainment passes that can be purchased from the main reception and are not included in our rental agreement. Big changes on site for 2020 with the site spending £2.3 million on up grades.

The site is a 10- minute drive from the coastal towns of Gt Yarmouth and Hemsby and a 30-minute drive from the historical city of Norwich. There's plenty of fun things to do around the area for all ages Local transport is very reliable and frequent and stops by the front entrance of the site.

We stayed here for 1 week and can honestly say what a beautiful caravan! Stone throw away from the club house, shop and arcade. Welcomed with a lovely welcome gift for us adults and the children. Caravan was very clean and heating kept us very warm! Highly recommend

myself and my wife stayed in this caravan for a week,from the moment we arrived we felt at ease ,the owners had left us a bottle of wine and sweets as well as a nice welcome letter,the caravan was spotless and warm,shower was powerful and hot,bed was very comfortable,kitchen was practical and easy to work in,nice quick walk to club,i have been going to caister for years,so if you want a great value holiday book this caravan,you will not be dissapointed,id be happy to stay in it again, russell and mirian

I booked this caravan for the start of the summer holidays to take my son and his friend away for the week. The caravan was lovely and clean and the little welcome pack was a nice little surprise too. Good communication with the owners and really close to the main complex and the swimming pool, so you don't have to walk from one side of the site to the other. Would definitely book again and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay. 10 out of 10. ????????

Booked the Easter weekend, caravan was in a great location (Filby). Just a minute from facilities but still lovely and quiet. Caravan was spotless and the welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. Heating in the caravan was fantastic. My son loved the PS3 and a great selection of games and DVD's. Communication was fantastic with the owners. Already rebooked for a return visit.
