Deposits
At the time of booking we charge a £100 deposit. Your booking can be cancelled with 48 hours of booking and your deposit will be refunded. After this time the deposit is non-refundable. Your £100 deposit then acts as a refundable breakages deposit which will be refunded within 7 days after your holiday assuming the holiday home is left in the condition you found it.
The balance of the full amount for your holiday is due 6 weeks before your stay. If not already paid, we will email you with a link for you to make payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations after the initial 48 hours ‘cooling off’ period will be subject to the £100 non-refundable deposit. Other cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 28 days of your holiday stay - £100.00
Within 28 days of your holiday stay – 50% of holiday cost
Within 14 days of your holiday stay – 75% of holiday cost
Within 7 days of your holiday stay – Full amount of holiday cost
We suggest that you take out the relevant holiday/cancellation insurance where required.
We cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control where we require to cancel your booking. In these rare circumstances we will do our best to relocate you to and equivalent holiday home (to be agreed with yourself) or offer a full refund. We will notify you in the earliest time possible if this were to arise.
Check In/Out Times
Check in times is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is by 10am on the day of departure. Please ensure you check out by this time to allow us to clean the holiday home ready for the next guests.
Key Collection
On arrival, please go to the main reception where you will be able to collect your key and any information you require about the site including a site map and the location of your holiday home.
On departure, please return your key to the main reception.
Bed Linen
Bed linen and towels are not supplied. If required, bed Linen is available to hire from the main Haven reception. You are of course welcome to bring your own.
Fun Passes
Fun passes are required to gain entrance to the entertainment complex, use the pools and to participate in the kids’ activities. These are not included with your booking and can be purchased separately from the Haven main reception.
Baby/Toddler Equipment
Subject to availability, cots and high chairs can be rented for your stay. These are available from the main Haven reception and charged at £12 per 6-8 nights or £7 per 5 nights or less (per item). Please note that these items are subject to availability.
Utilities
Gas and electricity are included.
Pets
Sorry, pets are NOT allowed at the Haven, Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village.
Damages/Breakages
For any damages/breakages incurred during your stay, we reserve the right to charge the lead guest to cover the cost or repair or replacement. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to the caravan, furniture or fixtures. We ask that any damage/breakages are reported as soon as possible so that we can rectify this ready for the next guest. Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per key.
Smoking
The smoking of any products including vapes and e-cigarettes is not allowed in any of our holiday home accommodation. If any smells need to be removed from the accommodation or furnishings this will be charged to the lead guest. ...Show less
