This Holiday home is a truly stunning modern style luxury holiday home the only one on Butlin's Skegness perfect for that short break or family holiday.

This holiday home is on a very large private corner plot overlooking the playing fields only 1 min stroll to the reception, it is south facing so it has all day sunshine.
It has a Extra Large Wrap Around UPVC Decking with a gate to keep the little ones safe, it has Rattan Table Chairs and a seating area.
This leads to the double side sliding doors into the caravan lounge area.
Open Plan Centre Lounge:
It has a Fixed Seating area and a Lazy Boy Chair, with a small pull out double occasional bed. Wall mounted Smart 42" TV, Unlimited Wi-Fi & Sky. Free standing table & chairs.
Open Plan Kitchen:
Utility Area with Washing Machine, Extra Large Fridge Freezer, 5 Burner Hob, Full Size Oven, Dish Washer Microwave, Slow Cooker 4 Slice Toaster Kettle. Iron & Ironing Board and everything else you will need just like home from home.
Master Bedroom:
Just to the left off the lounge area it has a king sized + bed wardrobes draws dressing table mirror, hair dryer, wall mounted smart TV then leading into a full On-Suite with Shower toilet & wash basin.
Twin Bedroom 1:
To the right side off the lounge area this has 2 full sized twin single beds wardrobe and wall mounted smart TV.

Butlin's Age Rules for Wrist Bands:
Adult: 15 years and above.
Children 2 to 14 years
Infant: 1 year and below do not need wrist bands but must be counted on the booking.
PLEASE LEAVE THE CARAVAN AS YOU FIND IT. IF ANY EXTRA THAN NORMAL CLEANING IS REQUIRED YOU MAY LOOSE PART OF YOUR BOND.
You can go into Butlin's complex from 12 noon on the day you arrive, but checking in time is 2 pm this is when you can pick up the caravan keys and your wrist bands from Butlins Caravan Reception. You will need your booking In paperwork and the lead guest will need to show their ID.
Please drop off the caravan keys here at the end of your break.
Checking Out time is 10 am Prompt.
You must vacate the caravan by 10 am, to allow our cleaner to get ready for next guests, or it may incur extra charges.
You can still use Butlins facilities on your last day.
Please don't forget to drop of the keys at the reception, lost keys will be charged for.
ADULT ONLY MUSIC WEEKENDS:
Prices advertised will include 4 Wrist Bands. any extra wrist bands needed add just add to £100/£150 per person depending on the break.
The price includes
4 Wrist Bands & Unlimited Wi-Fi in the caravan.
Please leave the caravan as you find it.
If any breakages or extra than normal cleaning is required you could loose part or all of your bond.
3 bedrooms sleeps 6 guests, with an occasional pull out double bed in the lounge area for additional 2 extra guests if required.
Same sex groups will only be considered on Adult Only Weekends, 21s and over unless agreed with me, please ask if any of your party is younger.
On your arrival everyone will need to show photo ID to collect the caravan keys and wrist bands. " Driving Licence / Passport"
Checking out time is 10 am Promptly. You must vacate on time to allow cleaners to enter, or you may incur extra charges.
Please don't forget to drop off the caravan keys, at the caravan reception before you leave.
