We had a lovely time at this well-kept caravan just before Easter.
Communication with the owner was very good and were delighted to find beds made up with linen as part of the excellent value for money price.
Lots of little extras such as toiletries, games for children and for all the Royle Family fans - there was a chip pan! (Well deep fat fryer) - alas no golden egg cup!
As another reviewer suggested, there is no internal table, although it was nice to sit on the picnic table outside when it was sunny.
The location was great - just 5 mins walk to the entertainment area and 5 mins from the beach. It was also lovely and quiet.
Great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend!

Booking was easy and the owner was extremely accommodating. We exchanged messages throughout and was treated with kindness and thoughtfulness to our specific needs. The price was extremely reasonable and we expected just the basics. However, on arrival, we were impressed with all the extras. There were cleaning products, tea coffee, sugar, there were toiletries in the bathroom and the beds were all made up. There was plenty of cupboard space filled with all the things you would need...and more. There was a Hoover, iron/ironing board, pots, pans and plenty of utensils and cutlery/crockery. There was a large cupboard in the living room which contained numerous games and activities for children of all ages. There was a tv/DVD player in all three bedrooms and easy access with two accessible doors to the caravan. We were close to the complex, reception, launderette and shop. The mattresses were all good quality memory foam, which made sleeping very comfortable.
The only thing we could say 'negatively' was that there was no dining area (although the patio area outside contained a solid, large picnic bench and table which would be ideal in the summer) and the toilet was seperate to the shower room (the toilet did not have it's own sink). That said, these things were not enough to make it unpleasant and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and for the price, nobody could reasonably complain. We will definitly be booking again.
The owner was always in touch and asked for feedback when we'd left. They've made a very homely place to let to people and have been friendly, thouhtful and helpful throughout.
