Description

This lovely Willerby Deluxe has a spacious central lounge and dining area, seclusion of bedrooms, spacious utility room which houses a washer dryer. It has a fully equipped U shape kitchen that has plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a fully fitted wardrobe with en-suite bathroom. A veranda so that you can sit outside and relax and take in the sunshine. No pets allowed, however owner does take their dog. Deposit required to secure bookings. Electric cars not to be charged in the caravan due to fire hazard.

Close to Newquay town and beach. Out of the busy season it's a fantastic place to just chill and relax. Passes are available from reception and are around £10 per person, and the site has 24 hr security. Long weekend or mid week breaks or even a complete week it's up to you.

Eden project and Port Isaac the home of Doc Martin are not far from the resort along with Healey's cider farm, and plenty of more places and things to do.

There is also a bus stop at the entrance into Newquay and other local amenities.

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

3 outdoor heated pools with a 200 ft water slide, entertainment for kids and adults including star crew entertainers, venue, bar and restaurant that serves some fantastic food. Amusement Arcade and outdoor parks around the site. There is also a nature trail and mini golf course.

Me and my family 4 adults 2 children ,were desparate for a holiday as my daughter had become very unwell during pregnancy and few weks after giving birth discovered she had the big C. We were shocked and needed quality time together. I cant speak highly enough of Heather she was always there on the other end of the phone if we had a query. She gave us clear instructions of how to find the caravan plot. Also it was the best price out of all the caravans ide searched for and the nicest. Heathers caravan was imaculateand spacious, everything you need is already in there. The sight was amazing too. Entertainment every night , restaurant, bar, shop, park, and plenty more for adults and children. We had the best time and would definately love to stay at Heathers caravan again. Wonderful caravan on a lovely site. The host, Heather, is really helpful and friendly. Everything you need in the caravan and very spacious inside and comfy. Decking area is a sun trap and lovely to sit out on - a real plus! You have the sun all day long and you are completely sheltered from the wind. Site has good facilities but the bonus is lots of beautiful beaches and beauty spots close by so perfectly positioned for exploring! Amazing place, so happy to have found this lovely caravan - we are so grateful! Thanks Heather xx

We stayed in Heathers caravan the start of August, and we were thrilled as soon as we got there. The park dean site is lovely and clean and in reach of places all across cornwall. The caravan was lovely tucked up a little corner out the way on a quiet part of the site, if you get up early enough you can sit on the decking and watch the wild rabbits. 2 bathrooms was a massive bonus for our family! And the plus for me was the windows and patio doors onto the decking my little girl is 2 and she could happily come in and out the van playing and I could easily keep her in eye sight! The gate on the decking also locked so there was no worries at all! All in all FAB holiday stay and will definitely be booking again! Heather was always easy too get in contact with! And always friendly and reliable ***** 5 stars! (Only thing was I didn’t have good phone signal but that’s the phone providers for you) Thank you Heather x

We had one of our happiest holidays ever at Heather's caravan. Communication was excellent and very easy from first contact and Heather was a super host. The caravan is located in a peaceful area of the site which was perfect for us, but still within easy reach of all facilities. Facilities in the caravan were fabulous with two bathrooms and even a utility room. We enjoyed some relaxing evenings on the decking area with a bottle of wine and some great nights in the many superb fish restaurants in Newquay. The site is in an excellent location for visiting the beautiful highlights of Cornwall. Thank you Heather for a wonderful, memorable holiday.

Beautiful well kept caravan in a nice quiet part of the site , owners kept in touch and couldn't do enough very good value for money very good holiday was had by all,thanks a million Heather and family.
