Our home from home 3 bedroom caravan is situated on Kiln park with all the amenities you could possibly need. It is 100 yards away from the main entertainment complex so easy for those with children and older people with walking difficulties. The caravan has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. A Shower room with hand basin and a seperate toilet with hand basin. Central heating throughout the caravan and double glazing. The caravan has all the necessary appliances and we will provide bedding such as sheets, pillowcases and duvets. Tea towels provided but not towels. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer. Our caravan has been recently refurbished with new carpets throughout the caravan and new sofas as shown on the photos There is wi fi available and a smart tv whch includes netfix. and plex films. Outside the caravan theres room for two cars and a picnic bench.
Sorry but we dont allow dogs or any pets in our caravan and no smoking inside the caravan.
On Kiln Park theres indoor and outdoor pools, club house which has entertainment nightly and kids clubs. Bar in clubhouse which also do fantastic meals, a fish and chip shop, Pappa john pizzas and Millies cookies. Theres a childrens park, tennis courts, crazy golf, bike hire, archery and plenty of green space to play ball games. Theres also a supermarket on site and a garage at the entrance of the park.
The beautiful and clean beach is only a short walk away so wouldnt need to take the car. And Tenby town is easy walking distance along the beach.
Near Kiln Park you have Folly farm, Heatherton, Manor house Zoo, Oakwood and Dinosaur Park.
Please note that entertainment passes for the complex and swimming pools can be purchased for a charge from Kiln Park directly.
The holiday home will be ready by 2 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on day of leaving.
A £100 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking and final payment due 6 weeks before start of holiday.
A £100 payment is required on day of arrival to secure against any damages in the caravan which is refundable on inspection.
