Welcome to our ad, we have a family owned 2017 Swift Bordeaux on shearwater in kiln park, our caravan is on a lovely cul de sac close to the kids play area and around 5 mins walk to the complex, shearwater is great for the kids as there are virtually no cars driving round.

2017 Swift Bordeaux with front decking and private parking which is rated "prestige with deck" by haven it has gas central heating, Double glazing, 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with memory foam mattress, en suite with toilet and sink, double wardrobe with draws, mirror and side with stool, bed side cabinets, over bed storage with led down light, there is also a 24"tv with freeview.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2x single beds in each room, cupboard space with bedside cabinet

In the living room there is a 42" tv and dvd player with a selection of DVD's in lounge there is also a freeview box with record feature. 3 and a 2 seater settee and also double patio doors which open up onto the decking, There is also a pull out double bed.

In the kitchen there is a full size fridge freezer, cooker and microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, knives and forks, and kitchen utensils.

The bathroom has a fully enclosed shower, toilet, sink and mirror with shaver point.

Our stay at 19 Shearwater was pleasurable from start to finish. Heading away for our 1st family holiday with small children ...everything was so easy. Booking/payment queries responded to promtly, very friendly and professional. Caravan was very well equipped, especially kitchen when preparing food for my children. It is in a lovely quite area, no cars driving around, kids played happily outside. Very close to playground and large green area. We are looking forward to our stay Summer 2020. Congratulations Paul on providing such top class service!!

Beautiful caravan in a lovely quiet location, but very close to the playing fields and the club house. I have stayed hear on two occasions, once in summer with family and my daughter and once out of season with friends for a birthday weekend and loved both times. Caravan is very clean and bright and paul the owner can’t do enough to help you with any questions. Can’t wait to stay again !

This wasn't our first stay. We absolutely love this caravan! The owners, Paul and Tara are friendly and helpful. The site and location is amazing. The caravan is just perfect. We have also stayed before with grown up children and grand child. Something for everyone and every age. Can't recommend it enough and we have already booked for this year!
