Accommodation was absolutely fantastic , beautiful lodge would highly recommend, sitting out overlooking the lake was my favourite part relaxed and lovely view. Kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and swans everyday. Lodge has all the little extras you need and great for the older kids having the smart tvs in rooms. Thanks for a lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in this beautiful, bright and spacious lodge, with two adults and four children from 10 to 19, we need space and this place was perfect. After going out for long days to explore the local area each day we would return to the lodge to relax and my husband and I loved sitting out each evening by the lake while our children entertained themselves playing on the xbox one together, or relaxed watching youtube on the tv in their rooms. We are looking forward to returning!

The lodge is beautiful very bright and sunny when we arrived and a lovely spot on Badger Lakes. Our every need was catered for which made for a very comfortable relaxing weekend.

Had a brilliant few days in this beautiful lodge. It is exceptionally well equipped and is superbly located on the edge of the lake. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will certainly be returning.

Just on our way home from a fabulous 3 night stay. The lodge is absolutely lovely- clean and very well equipped-and the location is gorgeous, This is by far the most luxurious stay we have had on a holiday site and for a fraction of the usual price. Heather was incredibly prompt and efficient at responding to emails and I would highly recommend booking with her for a well organised and problem free holiday rental.

Have just stayed at this lodge and I would highly recommend. The Lodge is spacious and clean and has everything you need, like home from home. It is in a quiet part of Haggerston Castle Holiday Park overlooking the lake where we fed the ducks every day. Very easy to get to tourist places ie. Alnwick Castle and Berwick-upon- Tweed. Heather is very quick at getting back to you if you send any email enquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

I was amazed at how new and clean this lodge was. I am fussy and a bit of a clean freak so I always take everything with me but I certainly didn’t need it. They thought of everything. Such a lovely relaxing view and feeding the ducks and swans which became our pets for the week haha. Would definitely go back.

We have just returned after spending the half term holidays up at Haggerston Castle. Could of not faulted anything with the lodge. Perfect locations plenty of space for the kids to play. The lodge it self was fantastic. So clean on arrival. And a nice welcome present when we arrived this is the 3rd time usesing this lodge and will be back again Thank you

We have just returned from this fantastic lodge with my husband and 3 kids aged 5,7and 9. It was definitely home from home. Everything we needed and more was available to us. The lodge was spotlessly clean and there was essentials there to keep it that way. We will definitely be returning very soon.

We have just returned from this lovely lodge. Heather offered an excellent service responding to emails quickly. When we arrived the caravan was immaculate. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the beds were comfortable. The lodge is in a peaceful area of the park on the lake. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to return

When we walked into the lodge it was a wow reaction. It was so clean, bright and airy. The furnishings were very tasteful, the bed very comfortable and the space we had was brilliant. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Lovely outside decking with fabulous view of the lake and the wildlife. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to rerun.

Had a great time in this lodge , was nice & clean great to have a washing machine ,dishwasher ,coffee machine & small things like hairdryer &straighteners ,First time we have stayed in badger lake was nice & quiet not too far from golf course & complex ,,was very impressed with the little things owner left like pods for coffee machine ,dishwasher tablets ,Toiletries usually have to take with us ,had 4 teenagers & they can’t wait to go back ,will definitely be booking this lodge again ????

Fantastic! This was our first visit to Haggerston Castle and the first time we had stayed in this caravan. We are a family of six with 4 children ranging from 2-12. The caravan was spotless and had everything you will need from hair straighteners to an Xbox (the kids were very impressed). We didn't appreciate how big the caravan was! Loads of room to relax and with two bathrooms, dining table and huge kitchen we had plenty of room for the entire family and for entertaining. The communication from Heather was excellent and the whole holiday went without any issues in terms of getting into the park and the caravan. The park is great with plenty of activities even with the current situation we were comfortable and felt safe. Loads of amazing places to visit locally without having to drive fa. We are currently planning next years trip !

What a wonderful location for a family holiday. Superb setting and the view over the lake is truly beautiful. The lodge was absolutely fantastic and met all out needs. Family aged from 5 to 14 so very diverse. Thank you so much for making this this available. Will definately come again.

What can I say, it is easily one of the best on the park, fantastic location, fabulously clean, and a price that makes it seem like an absolute bargain. I will certainly be booking here again ! The Lodge was very clean and welcoming. Fresh flowers were on the coffee table and it is very beautifully decorated. A great asset is TV in all rooms and the X Box console with games. The Lodge has a great view with lots of wildlife in the lake. Also very welcome was the 2 shower rooms, beds made up and beautiful towels on the bed for our use. I would definitely recommend and book again.

I do not understand your review system . We had a good stay and everything was excellent , thank you . You ask me to select a rating but do not indicated whether 1 is high or low so I have put a 1 for everything . We were more than happy with our stay but find your review system difficult .

Oops , my earlier review was misleading as I did not understand the rating system . I believed number 1 was for the top score , and had I known I would have scored all 10s as the lodge was brilliant , as was the whole trip . Heather kept us up to date and informed throughout and I am sorry if my original review painted the wrong picture . We had a great stay and nothing could be faulted . Sorry Heather , for the blip . Huge , spacious, spotless , modern , immaculate... this is just a wonderful place to spend the weekend . Could live here quite easily . It’s in a lovely quiet area away from the noise and business of nearer the complex , it has everything you could need, free Wi-fi, smart TV’s, hairdryer, straighteners , phone chargers, Xbox and games , coffee machines , fully equipped kitchen . Just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful lodge, can not fault any of it, badgers lake was beautiful the lodge was perfect and heather was just brilliant even sent us a bottle of wine and chocolates. This was our second stay in one of heathers lodges and we will most defiantly be booking up again, it’s like a home from home everything you possibly need was there for you even down to hair drier and straighteners, we had a really nice relaxed time and will most definitely be returning.

Just back from a weeks stay at this beautiful lodge. Cannot praise Heather enough, she was fantastic to deal with and took time to answer any queries that I had. The lodge itself was absolutely stunning and well worth the money. Everything in the lodge was high spec and the decor was stunning, even down to the little details like the design of the cups matching the decor. The location of this lodge is perfect, very tranquil with beautiful views of the lake. Would highly recommend booking this lodge as you will not be disappointed. Just returned from a lovely weekend in this luxury lodge, it was beautiful and clean and fantastic quality fitted out. The outdoor furniture was really good even though we did not use because if the bad weather. The correspondence with Heather was amazing and instruction and direction was also good. We spoke to someone who had paid almost double which was sat below the standard of our lodge. Thanks Heather we will definitely be returning x

We were very impressed Heather's lodge and were delighted with the quality and standard of the accommodation. Having travelled extensively around the world and having been privileged to stay in first class accommodation on many occasions, we are always looking for excellent properties and great customer services for short breaks in the UK. We were not disappointed and it was clearly evident that a great deal of thought and care has went into ensuring that the lodge is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and that customers are provided with many little extras for their comfort to make it a home from home. The attention to detail was superb and without doubt, sets this lodge apart from other similar lodges on offer at the park. We would have absolutely no hesitation in booking again in the future and highly recommend this accommodation to others who are considering. Heather was a delight to deal with and the booking process, payment, instructions provided and refund of bond deposit were all smooth and without any difficulties. We are just back from a wonderful break. The lodge is amazing with lovely decor throughout (you have great taste Heather) Spotless and a true home from home. We had our 2 grandchildren with us age 6 and 14 they loved the space! We will definitely book again and loved the quiet location. It is so relaxing overlooking the lake the weather was fab too which was a bonus. Thank you once again Heather your booking system was very easy.

Caravan was very clean, modern, spacious and well laid out. We added the linen bundle which was well worth it as the bed linen and towels were of a high quality and felt like they hadn’t ever been used. The beds themselves were extremely comfortable. The location of the caravan suited us as we enjoy walking (was only 15 mins to complex) and the girls enjoyed feeding the ducks. We will definitely look to rebook the next time we come to Haggerston. Highly recommend this caravan.

Celebrating middle daughter's 47th birthday with youngest daughter and her BFF. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week-end and we absolutely loved the lodge. We usually do something different every year for my middle daughter's birthday (called the Gin Week-end) but I think we might just be going back to Heather's lodge next year. I have just recently stayed at this beautiful lodge and it's by far my favourite. It could not be in a more perfect location it's so peaceful and amazing. This is our 3rd stay with Heather but first time in this new addition to her fleet. What can I say , Heather has pulled it out the bag again. Another 5 star accommodation , beautiful outside and in with feee Wi-fi , Smart TVS , what a bonus that was and all the little added extras , she even left us pods for the Costa Coffee machine . We were down with friends who unfortunately couldn’t book with Heather as she was fully booked and oh my god , their caravan it was so basic and so small they paid more than us . Heather is so lovely to deal with to , so if you are contemplating booking any of Heather’s lodges , then go ahead you won’t go wrong

This is a beautiful lodge in a lovely area of the park. The lodge is very spacious with ample room for all the family. The decking area is great and the gate to the decking has a lock which is ideal for young kids. Everything in the lodge is brand new and the furniture, fixtures and fittings are all of a high standard and presented beautifully. There is everything you need including a coffee machine with Costa coffee included in the kitchen. The booking experience was easy and our family had a great stay.
