Description

The caravan is a 6 berth Willerby Winchester new in 2016. Sited in Orange section. Very quiet part of site with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. 5 minute walk to site amenities & the sea.
2 bedrooms: one with king size bed, walk in wardrobe , en-suite toilet. One twin with wardrobes. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms have overhead cupboards above beds and additional drawers. Double sofa bed in lounge.
Lounge has 42” smart tv with freesat, Electric fire. Full central heating.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board.
Sun trap wrap around veranda with table & chairs, parasol plus other furniture. Parking for 2 cars.
No smoking in caravan or on veranda.
Linen, Mattress & pillow protectors are provided & changed after each booking.
1 well behaved dog welcome. (To be kept off furniture & beds).
I pride myself in providing a clean , comfortable home from home .

Having been visiting Waterside for 20 years this year its safe to say this is by far the best accommodation I've stayed in, not only are the facilities 5 star but the views, service were there in equal measure. It's safe to say we've found our regular caravan for the foreseeable and as a result have booked another three! Superb all around, highly recommended.

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we were very happy with this caravan. We found the caravan very clean, well maintained and homely. It’s in an ideal position as it was elevated with lovely views across the park towards the hills in the distance. Nice and peaceful to sit on the decking with a glass of wine :) Lisa was very helpful with any queries we had which was much appreciated.

Wow what a lovely homely caravan. This has absolutely anything you cold possibly need with the added bonus of full size under counter freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine with pods if you want, nice separate lounge area, walk in wardrobe off the bedroom and a WC then a huge main shower. If you forgot any bits you need for general day to day living it had most things as well which you don't get anywhere else, cleaning stuff, oil, ketchup, food bags, tea, coffee, kitchen roll etc for guests to use if required. Lovely stay and will definitely book again and have advertised to my friends via social media as well I was that impressed. Only one thing I could possible say how it could be improved, and it is already set up for it with the cut out space and the aerial and plug point, and that's a TV in the bedroom but that's it. Parking is right next to the caravan and also has a nice big decking area, nice furniture with lovely views. Book here you will not be disappointed!

We’ve just come back from a weeks stay. The caravan was fantastic. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Lisa was fabulous and always got back to us with any answers to questions or enquires we had. The park is also brilliant the best we’d stayed on. 5 stars from us!

Absolute fabulous stay! Lisa was the perfect host. When we arrived, the caravan was clean, tidy and well equipped with Prosecco & Hand sanitizer. I believe Lisa went above and beyond and I would with no doubt recommend her to anyone. We’ve already booked for next year!
