This luxury, platinum grade caravan has a large fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge and separate freezer, a full size double oven, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with a 6 seater dining table and chairs.
The lounge has a large corner sofa and armchair, TV and DVD player.
Outside benefits from a private, fully enclosed and fenced garden with gates, a large lawn area and a large, sunny veranda area with rattan furniture; ideal for outside dining in the sun.

Our caravan is in a central location close to all amenities, including RJ’s entertainment venue with nightly live entertainments, bingo and childrens entertainments, large children's play park, supermarket, fish and chip shop, launderette, indoor and outdoor pools and soft play at Brean Splash water park and funfair, amusements and weekend markets.
The park is close to the large sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Brean Sands with Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare a short drive
A deposit of £50 to secure booking, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before holiday start date
£75 care bond to be paid along with the balance, this will be refunded after the holiday ends when caravan has been checked that it's been left in a clean and tidy condition with no loss, breakages or damage to furnishings
Passes are NOT included but can be purchased on arrival, the cost of the passes will depend on the facilities available at the time
Duvets and pillows are provided but linen is not included so please bring your own
The holidays are priced at a minimum of 3 nights for weekends, 4 nights for midweek and 7 nights for a full week we dont hire out for under these amount
