TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY AS THEY ARE TO PROTECT YOU, AS THE CUSTOMER AND US AS THE SUPPLIER OF YOUR HOLIDAY,BY BOOKING AND PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THEM, THANK YOU.
** LEAD BOOKER MUST BE 25 OR OVER**
• £100 DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID ON BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR HOLIDAY.
• MINIUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS.
• BALANCE MUST BE PAID 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DAY.
• £100 DAMAGE/SECURITY BOND TO BE PAID 6 WEEK BEFORE YOUR STAY.
• IF YOUR HOLIDAY IS TO BE TAKEN WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF BOOKING THE FULL AMOUNT PLUS SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT BOND MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING.
• CHECK IN IS FROM 3PM.
• CHECK OUT IS BY 10AM.
• IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID ON TIME YOU MAY LOSE YOUR HOLIDAY, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
• DUE TO SECURITY REASONS THE CODE FOR THE KEY SAFE WILL BE TEXT TO YOU ON THE MORNING OF YOUR STAY. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS.
• IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE YOUR CHECK OUT TIME NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN,UNLESS THIS IS DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO US NOT BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE THE ADVERTISED HOLIDAY.
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOLIDAY HOME, ANY EVIDENCE OF THIS WILL RESULT IN NON RETURN OF YOUR DAMAGE/SECURITY BOND DUE TO A DEEP CLEAN BEING REQUIRED.
• STRICTLY NO CANDLES, JOSS STICKS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT REQUIRE IGNITING TO BE USED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. ANY EVIDENCE OF THESE WILLL RESULT IN YOU LOOSING YOUR BOND.
• ONLY 1 WELL BEHAVED DOG IS ALLOWED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. ANY DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN NON RETURN OF YOUR BOND.
• PLEASE KEEP DOGS OFF ALL BEDS AND SOFT FURNISHINGS.
• PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES WHEN AROUND THE PARK AND PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG, POOP BAGS ARE PROVIDED IN THE WELCOME PACK.
• PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOT TUB RULES AND GUIDELINES. THIS ADVICE IS ON THE SIGN BY THE HOT TUB AND IN THE WELCOME BROCHURE AND PROVIDES THE SAFE USE RULES. NOT FOLLOWING THESE WILL RESULT IN THE HOT TUB BEING DRAINED AND YOUR BOND BEING WITHELD IF YOUR ACTIONS HAVE DAMAGED THE HOT TUB. WE OR THE PARK TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OR OTHERWISE.
. • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ON VERY RARE OCCASIONS, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, THE HOT TUB MAY NOT BE AT TEMPERATURE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, WE CAN ONLY APPOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVEIIENCE CAUSED.
• DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE HOLIDAY PARK TO RAF CONNINGSBY, THERE MAY BE AIRCRAFT NOISE FROM TIME TO TIME.
• CHECK THE HOLIDAY HOME ON ARRIVAL: If you find any issues please contact us immediately. This will protect you from being charged if we find this after your departure. If anything is damaged during your stay please contact the owner immediately so that they can arrange repair before the next guests arrive.
• LEAVE THE HOLIDAY HOME CLEAN & SECURE : Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place. Please wipe clean all kitchen surfaces and tables. Bins need to be left empty and the floors left clear of mess. The holiday home should be left in the state you found it so that the cleaners don’t have to spend extra time cleaning and delay the next guests. Any excess cleaning required will be charged from your security deposit . All doors and windows must be closed and locked when you leave the caravan. Failure to do this risks the security of the holiday home and the deposit may be withheld. The owners/cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find. Please respect the property.
• DO NOT LEAVE LATER THAN THE STATED DEPARTURE TIME: You may be fined if you leave late as access is required by cleaners and the next guests may suffer delays in starting their holiday, for which they will expect compensation. Departure is 10.00am.
• YOU COULD FACE EVICTION IF:
• You have extra guests or pets staying that have not been pre-registered.
• You cause any nuisance to others, such as loud music or shouting.
• Anyone is found to be smoking or vaping in the holiday home.
• Any use of drugs or excessive alcohol use.
• You breach any of the rules of the caravan site, OR breach any of these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following policy carefully, as this is part of the booking terms & conditions. Should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the time before your stay, we may be able to offer you a full or part refund, or rearrange your holiday *. It is always advisable to take out holiday insurance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances which prevents you from taking your holiday.
• Cancel before 8 weeks of stay receive 100% refund of deposit or offered alternative date *
• Cancel between 6-8 weeks before your stay receive 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancel between 4-6 weeks before your stay receive 50% refund of total cost.
• Cancel between 2-4 weeks before your stay receive 25% refund of total cost.
• Cancel between 1-2 weeks before your stay receive 10% refund of total cost.
THIS REFUND STRUCTURES ENABLES US TO RELIST THE HOLIDAY FOR RESALE. BY BOOKING AND PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE YOUR DAMAGE/SECURITY BOND REFUNDED.
*ALTERNATIVE DATE WILL DEPEND ON REQUESTED DATES BEING AVAILABLE,
EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY IF REQUESTED DATES ARE MOE EXPENSIVE THAN ORIGINAL DATES.

You are responsible for your own safety at all times as neither ourselves or Tattershall, lakes country park take any responsibility, for any accidents or incidents that may happen in the holiday home, on the verandas or in the hot tub. By booking your holiday you are agreeing to abide and uphold to these T & C’s.
