Owner Description

This modern 4 bedroom caravan has recently been updated with nice new curtains poles and curtains to maintain the modern look. Entering by the front door the lounge and dining area is to your left with comfy wrap around seating and additional stools for the integrated dining area. There are several cupboards which contain books and board games to suit all ages. There is a 43" smart 4K HD TV on the tv stand and numerous dvds/cds in the drawer. There is also 2 cubes which can be used as seating for children and which contain toys to suit all ages ranging from baby to tots and beyond including Barbies and Action men. we have a private internet connection so you can use the smart TV to stream programmes movies etc.

The galley kitchen is to your right. This has a 4 ring gas hob and integrated grill and oven. There is a microwave/grill large under counter larder fridge multiple pots pans and crockery. There is an iron and ironing board and clothes airer.

Off the kitchen is the family bathroom with a large walk in power shower a w.c and washbasin.

On the left is the first of 3 twin bedrooms each with plenty of storage in cupboards and wardrobe. All twin rooms have 2 single beds and a fixed 22" tv/dvd with a playstation 2console. There are numerous assorted games for the playstation, adult supervision may be required as some of the games are only suitable for over 12,15 or 18

Further along the corridor is twin bedroom number 2 an exact replica of twin room 1

Opposite this bedroom on the right is the second toilet with washbasin.

The next bedroom on the left is the master double bedroom with full size double bed a double wardrobe cupboards bedside tables and a shelf with large mirror. This bedroom also benefits from a 24" tv/dvd.


To the right of the master bedroom is the 3rd and final twin bedroom again with 2 single beds a wardrobe and cupboards. a 24" tv/dvd and playstation 2

Outside there is a large verandah with privacy netting. It has a 4 piece rattan patio set comprising of a 2 seater settee 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is also 6 fold up chairs and a large outdoor dining table.


Towards the back and side of the caravan is a large shed which houses the washing machine and a 3 drawer freezer. There is also a collection of beach toys buckets spades games etc. These can be used by all guests.

We do provide nursery equipment free of charge which includes a high chair, travel cot and bed guard.
