Hello and thank you for your interest in our cozy caravan in Hemsby, Norfolk.

80, Beach Estate Caravan Park, St Thomas's Rd, Hemsby, Great Yarmouth NR29 4JE.

At Beach Estate Caravan Park in a prime location , which is at the end of Beach Road, Hemsby, you will arrive to find the park nice and peaceful having only on average 33 caravans on Beach Estate. There is only a 3 minute walk to the main street where you can find an assortment of shops, cafe’s, amusements with bingo, swimming pool and more.. The beach right nearby is only a 5 minute walk which is made easier because there is a level boardwalk through the dunes by the Inshore Rescue Lifeboat shed, as opposed to scrambling over the dunes.

The site is open from 29th March through to the start of November.

Our lovely home from home caravan is a comfortable 2 bedroom consisting of one double bed, 2 single beds and a pull out double sofa bed in the main lounge. The van is fully equipped, having all the essentials I would hope for in a holiday home. Electric, hot water and heating is all included. Full size fridge with microwave. Wifi can be obtained from the Seadell Bar nearby. Beds will be made up ready. You are also greeted with a tea and coffee welcome pack on arrival.

The caravan will be available for you to hire direct from ourselves so you can be assured of a warm and friendly service. We live locally to the site and will be there to meet you at the start of your holiday, hand over the keys and to answer any questions you may have.

Our arrival time is 4pm and depart time is 10am, this can be moved slightly by contacting us. We prefer Saturday to Saturday hire, however we are happy to do short breaks also.

Dogs are welcome: One well behaved dog may be brought to the caravan at an extra charge of £25 per week. Dogs must kept on a lead and be exercised off the park.
