Our beautiful privately owned, Gold Standard 35ft caravan is situated within the Butlins Caravan Holiday Village which is just a few minutes walk from the main resort. The 35ft caravan sleeps up to 8 with central heating throughout and fully double glazed making it perfect for hiring all year round regardless of the weather outside.

To the side of the caravan is a 12ft x 8ft veranda with table, chairs, umbrella and portable BBQ.

LOUNGE: The large spacious lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire, 32 inch TV with seperate DVD, selection of DVD's, portable radio/CD player , PS2 console plus games and selection of board games.

KITCHEN
Gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, plus all essential kitchen utensils, together with an iron and ironing board, clothes airer and seperate rotary line, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.
High chair provided for no extra charge together with a baby bottle warmer.

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom - Double bed with fitted wardrobe/drawers, TV/DVD player with Freeview
2 x twin rooms - with wardrobe storage and each with TV/DVD player with Freeview
A bed guard and travel cot is available for no extra charge

Duvets and pillows are provided, however, you will need to provide your own duvet cover, linen and towels or alternatively these can be hired at an additional cost.

VERY USEFUL FOR THE LARGER FAMILY

A carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher have been installed in the caravan.

Our price includes up to 4 passes (2 adults 2 children 14 and under) for the admission to the entertainment complex, funfair, swimming pool etc. Extra passes can be obtained at a small additional cost but with no extra charge for those under 23 months. Some restrictions apply to particular holiday dates, please ask when booking.

On booking, a £75 deposit is required within 72 hours. This is then deducted from your balance outstanding.

A £75 bond is required, which will be returned within 48 hours of checking out subject to the caravan being left clean and tidy with no damage/ breakages or missing items. This must be paid with your final balance.
