‘LAKEVIEW’ holiday caravan is a 35x12’ two bedroom accommodation centrally heated & DG .
The caravan is situated on a premium pitch on Lakeview’ a gated owners area which faces towards Trevella lake & nature reserve.
Here it’s a lovely tranquil spot yet still only minutes away from the main park facility areas & heated swimming pool-play areas etc.
Our guests can enjoy free fast WiFi- adjoining private parking & furnished raised deck/terrace with secured gate for safety.
Inside the layout is open plan & spacious with a well equipped kitchen diner & comfortable lounge. Caravan is comfortable with a homely feel throughout the rooms. Bedrooms have toppers-duvets-pillows- linens-& wall mounted Tv/dvd combi
For walkers a trail can be accessed from the park leading to the estuary,coastal paths,& Crantock beach.
The heated swimming pools & fishing lakes are free to use for our guests. Outside caravan are grassed areas . We’re not overlooked or crowded.
For relaxation the terrace is a peaceful space to unwind. Patio furniture & loungers are provided, so put up your feet up & listen to the sounds of nature that’s all around you.

Out & About
Trevella Park is set in the beautiful area of Crantock (1 mile) and Newquay town. (2 mile ) A bus service stops outside the park entrance travelling towards Newquay & Truro.
Crantock has a Post Office, two pubs, a church, tea shop and a llcensed grocery store with newspapers, freshly baked pasties and beach goods.
The beach has toilets & NT parking. The whole area is a walkers paradise with miles of coastline to explore.
Water sports can be enjoyed on the estuary , at low tide its great for families playing or take a refreshing walk along it’s length. (Tide times apply)
Body boards, paddle boards & wetsuits can be hired from the beach, food & drinks are also available. Life guards patrol the beach & estuary during the holiday season.
From Crantock beach you can explore West Pentire and Fistral beach on foot,
From the park why not try the woodland walk through fields & countryside (3/4 mile) eventually reaching the estuary and beach. At low tide it opens up, exposing a huge sandy expanse great for walks, with crabbing & rock pools for the kids. Please Note - tide times apply..This walk takes around 20 -30 mins.
Newquay
This is a lively surfing town (2 miles) with a working harbour.
Perfect for all ages theres more amazing beaches-shopping-attractions- Transport links are good with an airport,train & bus station. The main A30 is easily accessible taking you to Cornwall’s many tourist spots & National trust sites.
Theres lots to do for all ages, lovely places to eat & drink & chill. Pony trek along the Gannel estuary, spot the seals in the harbour as they follow the fishing boats in. Boat trips operate from the harbour. Newquay has a cinema; bowling; outdoor bowls; beautiful gardens attractions; zoo; boating lake; land train, Sea Life Centre; miniature railway; Oasis fun pools; shops; several beaches and miles of accessible coastlines to walk. There are local weekly car boots/markets held twice weekly.
Shopping
The closest shop is the mini market in Crantock opens late Mon-Sun In summer. The park has a shop as well. The main supermarkets are Morrison’s & Lidl, Macdonalds around 2-3 miles away. Newquay town has a Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Asda & Tesco Express.
