French doors opening onto a large sun deck with stunning unbroken sea views.

Fully equipped with full size gas oven and hob & grill. Large fitted fridge freezer, microwave and ample storage. Dining table & high back chairs.

Bedroom 1
Comfortable king size ( 5ft ) bed with en-suite bathroom, three wardrobes, dressing table and ample overhead storage. 17" TV/DVD fitted in the bedroom.

Bedroom 2
Beautifully appointed bedroom with twin or push together for double bed, also collapsible single for cot space. Bedside table, wardrobe and overhead storage. 17" TV/DVD fitted in the bedroom.

Bathroom
Modern white suite with powerful integral shower. Corner sink and low level W.C.

Outside
Very large frontal decked veranda extending down one side with Rattan Furniture , Gas BBQ, Sun loungers. Amazing sea views.

The Park
Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, Refurbished Manor house Bar. Children's play areas and amusement arcade. Organised entertainment. Passes can be purchased from reception. An excellent Shop and Launderette are also situated on the park

We regret it is our policy only to accept couples and families.
No Smoking or Pets are permitted inside the Caravan.

Bookings available from March through to January. Short breaks are accepted subject to availability.

Duvets, pillows and mattress covers are supplied. We ask you to please bring your own Bed linen, Towels and Tea towels. A fully refundable security bond of £100 is required

We found the caravan spotlessly clean and wonderfully homely and welcoming. The view from the lounge and decking are breathtaking. And the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful stretch of coastline and for visiting the numerous seaside towns and hamlets. The facilities throughout the van were brilliant. We brought everything we needed along with us but it was a lovely touch to see that essential items had been left for visitors to use should they need to. Thanks to Brian and Kay who were on hand throughout should we have needed anything at all. You have a holiday home to be proud of. We know we are coming back because we booked our next stay the day we vacated. Can’t wait to return!

Booking the caravan couldn’t have been easier, Brian and Kay were quick to reply and very helpful. The caravan is spotless and so homely, it has everything you could need. Its is without a doubt the best caravan we have stayed in, what elevates it so high is the absolute stunning views, the pictures don’t quite prepare you for how lovely they are and the comfortable outdoor furniture meant we spent every night enjoying them. Considering the location and the interior of the caravan this has to be one of, if not THE best value for money vans on the park. We absolutely loved our holiday as did our children ages 13 and 5.

Absolutely great few days away. This caravan is one of, if not the best I have ever stayed in. Well equipped for your every need, very clean and homely. Amazing views from the large decked veranda and seating area. Peaceful and very relaxing, would 100% recommend.

We had a fabulous stay during October half-term 2018. We have stayed at Lydstep before, but not in this location - the views of the Bay and Caldey at any time of the day are beautiful. The caravan is so well equipped, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need to use. The veranda has wonderful seating areas, to enjoy the views. I also felt, that compared to other areas of the park, that it was very quiet/peaceful in this spot too. Nice walk through the site to the shops, pool and Manor House. We are returning in April for another week - we shall book as soon as we return home! Very helpful Owners; information supplied by email and in the their caravan book, nothing has been overlooked. Perfect for couples or families. Would 100% recommend.

Great Van, great facilities in the van for all to use, very clean, amazing views across lydstep and Caldy Island, the van is of the highest standard and very well looked after, I would recommend to anyone as they wouldn't be disappointed. We've used the van on many occasions and wouldn't change it, it's given us some of the best memories.
