Ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and a separate main bathroom, BBQ area with charcoal BBQ. Sound system connected to living room TV. Outside garden furniture on both decking front and side.
We do also allow small house trained dogs , please note any excessive dog hairs not cleaned before departing will result in loss of security bond.

We offer 3,4,7 and 14 night stays.

Description

If your looking for a modern 5 star holiday home then this is your chosen choice. It’s spec is of a very high standard extreme luxury on a beautiful part of the Haggerston castle park. Set in its own grounds with only a few lodges around the tranquility speaks for itself.

Set in a secluded area , but yet only a minute walk to main complex.
Front decking with seating area ( patio doors from living room leading to front decking ) , living room with pull out sofa bed which sleeps 2 , kitchen and dining area.
Main bathroom with bath and shower , 2 single rooms each with 2 single beds per room , and a double room with en-suite shower and toilet. Brand new mattresses throughout , newly upholstered 3 piece , modern kitchen , new pan set , cutlery, mugs and plate sets ( all matching black ) microwave , dish washer , kettle , washing machine with a dryer integrated, big fridge with freezer all built in. To the side we have a big decking area with a bbq which can be used with a refundable deposit of £30 upon checking bbq is fully cleaned this £30 will be refunded back. This area also has its own seating area. We have worked hard in maintaining our holiday home to a high standard and require our holiday makers to do the same.

Had a great time with the bairns,beautiful caravan but outside on night time was pitch black we had too put are torch on too guide us round too complex

I visited with my 16 yr old granddaughter was astonished to pay over £100 for pass and two activities. I would have thought the pass would have included activities. The “Archery Coaching” activity turned out to be 12 people each having 3 shots laying against each other in a tent!!’ Dinner at the “Restaurant “ was more of a canteen experience waiting over an hour for a totally substandard meal. KFC had only one person taking orders and one person making up the orders another half hour wait. No I wouldn’t go back.

I have absolutely nothing to do with the facilities,, I only provide the holiday home, complaints like this need to be submitted to haven.

We were staying in this beautiful caravan with our 14 year old autistic son It is situated in a quiet location but close to amenities It is beautifully decorated and has well above average fixtures and fittings Everything you could wish for The owner is lovely and responded when I had an enquiry An amazing break and I would definitely book it again Thank you

We stayed in this accommodation for 5 nights, it is situated in a lovely quiet spot and is also a 2 minute walk to the main amenities. The caravan is lovely, beds are comfy and has a great fully equipped kitchen. It truly is a stunning caravan 2 veranda areas. The service provided by the owner was also 1st class with good information provided. Would definitely recommend. And would book again without hesitation. ?????

Spent a week in this beautiful caravan at half term with my daughter's and grandchildren . Everything you need is provided caravan is extremely clean and comfortable , having the bath was a godsend for the kids . Will definitely be booking again nothing was to much trouble for the owners .

We. Had a lovely time at the caravan and park and visited Bamburgh and seahouses. The northumbrian coastline is one of our favourites. Van was clean, comfortable and warm. It's in a quiet corner with about 8 other caravans behind a wall but close to amenities too. Would definately visit again!
