Lovely 6 berth 12ft wide caravan with pvc veranda lounge, dining area, kitchen shower room with wc and two bedrooms, master with on-suite. pullout double in lounge strictly no smoking no pets. no groups we provide kettle, tv, crockery, cutlery. pillows and duvets, we do not provide duvet covers, sheets pillowcases and towels, we will also help with any other information you should require to make your stay a pleasant one. all caravans have door side parking (except in extreme weather) and site has security barrier and great site staff. Seaveiw is lovely site with everything within walking distance, market, fantasy island, beach and amusements accessible without crossing main roads, pubs and takeaways. We operate a strict fire policy so we require names of all applicants and ages and only those booked for can stay in caravan overnight 6 berth max 6 people, anyone who breaches the fire regs will be asked to leave site and no refunds given.

we require a non refundable deposit of £50 at time of booking and balance plus £50 bond 6 weeks prior to holiday bond will be returned if caravan is left clean tidy and undamaged. we have a zero tolerance on over populating caravan, if you book 6 birth then we require names and ages and only 6 people can stay in caravan, this is for fire regs and insurance, anyone having guests that are not listed without 48 hr prior arrangement with owners in caravan overnight will have there holiday terminated and no refund given. this a park regulation WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS OF ANY SIZE ...Show less
