The main lounge/dining area complete with free standing table and 4 chairs, seating is on a corner piece sofa, for entertainment there is a 42 inch Colour TV, with basic sky package, DVD player and Midi Hi-Fi.
The main bedroom has a double bed with ample overhead storage and single wardrobes, There is a dressing table between the wardrobes. An en suite WC and washbasin completes this package. There is a 32 inch TV .
Two separate smaller bedrooms come complete with two single beds and ample overhead storage and wardrobes.
To relax there is a Juliet balcony at the front of the unit, nice to sit out with a glass of wine or beer and watch the sun go down. To the side there is a large decking with seating and a BBQ.
