Owner's Booking Terms

Same sex group bookings are permitted, however the park do not allow stag/hen parties. Maximum of 2 small to medium dogs, and pet owners must provide their own protective covers for furniture etc.
£50 deposit. £50 cleaning/damages bond (refundable on cleaners inspection)

Owner Description

Our 'Swift Bordeaux Escape' caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and sleeps up to 6 people. We have a veranda and side decking with rattan furniture. There is also a designated tarmac parking bay. It is situated on Sycamore Avenue in Primrose Valley, close to the Lakehouse restaurant, swimming pool and activity areas.

Lounge Area.
The lounge area is spacious with 2 free standing sofas, one of which is a pull out sofa bed. Alongside this there is a modern coffee table with foot stools hidden within, an electric fire and 40inch TV with built in DVD player.

Kitchen/Dining Area.
Our kitchen is a modern kitchen with a full size integrated fridge freezer, gas hob and oven. In addition to this there is a microwave, kettle, toaster and a full range of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Finally, there is a family sized dining table with 4 chairs.

Bedrooms.
Our master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers and shelves, a small dressing table with buffet and mirror alongside a 22" TV too! The master bedroom also comprises an adjoining en-suite with toilet and wash basin. The twin room has 2 single beds, overhead storage, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. All beds will be made up with fresh bedding for your arrival.

Bathroom.
A roomy bathroom that contains a double cubicle shower, mirror, cabinet and toilet. Please bring your own towels.

Holiday park passes are available to purchase from reception upon arrival.

7 night stays - prices available upon request to owners.
Check in from 2pm
Check out by 10am (There will be a fee for late check out).
