Owner Description

The caravan has central heating, double glazing plus a gas fire in the living area. The Master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and en-suite WC and sink. The twin room has a single wardrobe and storage above the beds. There is also a pull out double bed in the living area.

Non-hypo allergenic pillows are provided along with all duvets for all beds. For your convenience we provide bed linen with all beds made up for your arrival. A travel cot with linen can be provided free of charge on request from the owners at time of booking. All our bed linen is washed in non-bio washing powder. Please bring all your own towels. High chairs can be rented from reception.

The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of: Family size fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a clothes horse in the wardrobe in the main bedroom.

The dining/living room has ample seating. For your entertainment the living area is equipped with a 40” TV, a DVD player with some movies, a Play Station and Nintendo WII with various games.

There is a large veranda that can be accessed from the main door and the french doors from the living area. This veranda catches the sun from early morning until late afternoon and has table with 4 chairs and parasol. Parking is available for 2 cars on hard standing alongside the caravan. Gas, electric and water are all included

Entry passes for the Sports bar, amusement arcade, Costa Coffee and Children’s soft play area are included in the rental. Nightly entertainment is provided in “The Venue” (bingo, singers, tribute acts) and during the day the Boomers Club offers Children’s entertainment - access is included in the rental. There are also two outside Children’s play areas on site, an outside gym and football pitch (I am not sure this is very level). Leisure Centre passes for indoor swimming pool/outdoor swimming pool and small gym are available from reception approx £2.90 child per day and £3.60 adult per day. Archery lessons are available in high season at a cost. A spa is also available in the Leisure Centre if you would like to pamper yourself! There are lots of scenic walks along the coast directly from the park. Download the OnPark app for further information and events that are happening on the park.

WIFI (1GB allowance) is available across the whole site for a small charge payable at reception and the bars have a free WIFI (1GB allowance for one device).

The park has a SPAR mini supermarket on site, launderette with ironing board (Irons can be rented from reception) and fish and chip shop / pizza takeaway adjacent the site across the road. The beach is sand and shingle and is a 2 minute walk from the reception, there is an enclosed children’s play are en-route and a bar/cocktail bar with plenty of seating. On the beach there is an amusement area, beach side bars (Gin bar in peak period) and restaurants.

Waterside Holiday Park has a local bus that runs every ½ hour from the site to Weymouth Town Centre in low season and every 20 mins in the high season. This bus stops at many points on the site and should you travel to Weymouth by train it is a 5 minute walk from the railway station to the bus stop.

Our caravan is well looked after and maintained. Whilst renting our caravan you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the caravan and it’s contents. Should anything happen please let us know as quickly as possible so that we may correct this for the remainder of your stay. Total number of guests (including children and babies) must not exceed 6. No pets are allowed in this caravan.

Payment Information
A £75 Deposit per week is required on booking. This must be received within 7 days to reserve the booking. The full balance must be paid in full 28 days before holiday start date. On receipt of full balance further details will be sent including key release authorisation.

Arrival Time: 4.00 pm. Departure: 09.30 am.

Waterside Holiday Park & Spa impose some booking conditions that we have no control over.
• No single sex parties are allowed
• No smoking is allowed in the caravans
• No boats, jet skis or vans permitted onto the park
• Where some of the party is under 21, there must be sufficient
capable and responsible adults over the age of 21 to provide
suitable supervision for the party and each member of it.

This caravan must be one of the best we have stayed in on this site very much a home from home. It was on a very quiet and peaceful part of the park which was an added bonus.
