Owner Description

Kelling Heath is set in 300 acres of woodland and rare open heathland in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A short walk from Weybourne and with easy access to Holt and Sheringham via the local Poppy Line (steam locomotive railway line). Stunning views of the North Norfolk coast and surrounding countryside via the numerous woodland walks.

There are many local attractions within driving distance, and a number of lovely local eateries including The Edgefield Pigs (Edgefield), The Pheasant Hotel (Kelling), The King's Head (Letheringsett), The Ship (Weybourne) and Byfords (Holt), to name but a few!

Just returned from a stay with 3 children aged 4,7 and 9. We loved the place, the caravan has everything you need (and more) and everything worked as it should with lovely hot water showers etc. The campsite itself has much to offer and we especially loved the [free] organised activities such as pond dipping and nature walks. The site is close to the towns of Sheringham and Holt and not far from the amazing beach at Holkham. As a sign of a great holiday - the kids didn't want to go home at the end of the week!

Had a great time at Squirrels View . Well thought out caravan with a warm and welcoming feel to it in a stunning location . Sam has paid a lot of attention to detail to ensure guests have everything they need and the best possible stay . It's perfect ! . Only regret is that I didn't stay for longer but look forward to returning for a much longer stay .

My Mum & Dad stayed at your caravan , they said it was the best they had stayed in , it had absolutely everything you required a home from home, lovely personal touches biscuits etc and even treats for their little dogs.They loved it so much that before they left they booked again, the Kingsize bed was so comfortable, you don’t normally get that in a caravan, it is a well loved caravan , you can tell Sam takes great pride and goes the extra mile to make your stay lovely , they can’t wait to stay again thank you so very much Sam. Just got home from a lovely stay at Squirrels View, the accommodation was amazing, lots of extras that you would not find in a fleet caravan on site. Our dog had his bed in the porch on the side so he was nice and secure. The DVD collection and books available were very much up our street (military history). We have older children that like to venture off on their own, the position of the caravan is very close to the centre so this was ideal for us. Price was fantastic, great value for money. We will return to Squirrels View hopefully within the next 12 months.

We had a lovely stay here, the caravan is beautifully presented with absolutely everything you could need for your stay, quality fittings, even had a nice glass for my Prosecco! Beds comfy with plenty of pillows, lovely touches from the owners from biscuits on arrival to essentials in the bathroom. You can tell that this has been a loved holiday home, couldn’t fault it! We hope to return one day, thank you Sam I’m sure your home will be loved by many guests!
