Owner Description
Chele del Mar is our home from home: we and our family spend a great deal of time here ourselves throughout the season. It’s not the newest caravan but it is definitely homely (we always feel rested when we return).

Very spacious lounge, with lots of cushions, cosy blankets and a gas fire. TV has built in DVD Player and an extensive range of DVDs are provided for all ages. The van has connectivity to Sky: no box is provided but you are welcome to bring your own box/remote and connect up if you wish. A number of board games are provided, along with a range of books for all ages, a box of 'lego' and colouring books/pencils.
There is a dedicated dining area that comfortably seats 6 and in the kitchen you'll find an under counter fridge/freezer, electric halogen oven, gas cooker, slow cooker and at least, all the normal cutlery and crockery you would expect for up to six people.
We also provide a set of plastic crockery, cool bag, ice packs, 4 x camping chairs and 2 x picnic mats for your use if you fancy a day on the beach which is just a short stroll away.
3 Bedrooms - one double (with Freeview TV), two twins (Max 6 people occupancy) all with electric heating and beds made up for your arrival.

Gas and electricity are included in the price of your stay. Smoke alarms, carbon dioxide monitors and a fire extinguisher are fitted to ensure you feel safe when in the van.
There is a large patio area outside the van with a heavy duty picnic table for your use. The grassed area is a safe haven for the little ones to play. Two outside games are provided for your use.
We have a no smoking policy inside the van but we appreciate you may smoke and provide empty coffee tins for you to use as ashtrays outside the van - all we ask is that you use these and dispose of them when you leave.
Chele del Mar is located close to the railway line. The trains don’t bother us or any of our previous guests, but if you think they would you, Chele del Mar is not the place for you.
Haven Funworks passes (needed to access Haven facilities) are not included in the rental price : these need to purchased directly from reception in the central complex. Please contact us for correct price for your party.
We ask that you leave the van as you find it with all rubbish removed on departure.

Beautifully well kept caravan, with everything required and more to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay. Well equipped and comfortable beds, also bedrooms are more spacious and not as poky as some caravans seem! Michele was very helpful and informative with regards to park facilities etc and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend, and we would definitely not hesitate to stay there again if in the area! :)
