Owner Description

Staying in our BK Sheraton which was refitted with new carpets throughout in 2018. This is a well-appointed relaxed caravan consisting of a sitting room, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms, master with king-size bed and en-suite, 2nd bedroom with x2 single beds which can be pushed together for a double and a family bathroom with full size shower cubicle.

The kitchen has a full-size cooker and oven, integrated fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils, glassware & crockery. Complemented with a New dining table & chairs.

Our spacious living room has French style doors opening onto a veranda with outdoor seating. Living room consists of freestanding furniture with fireplace, TV, DVD and Sky+ box (Free-view (bring your own viewing card)).

The caravan is centrally heated by gas bottle with electricity & water attached to the mains. Double glazing throughout.

Price includes towels, bedding, electricity and gas.

Wifi is provided onsite for a payment.

NO SMOKING PROPERTY

There is parking for 1 car only, any other cars must use the car parks.

PRICES are for 4 Persons ONLY

In all instances we will require a care and respect bond of £100. This will need to be paid along with the balance of your reservation. Provided that all checks regarding the condition of the caravan are satisfied after your departure, the bond will be returned in full. If there are any breakages etc. we will refund any balance due after these items have been replaced. Please report any damage or breakages as soon as possible, otherwise you will be liable. Our caravan is smoke and pet free, if this is not adhered to then this will result in the loss of the care and respect bond in full to pay for a thorough clean

The caravan will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to leave by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made

Clean bed linen and towels are included within the price.

Electricity and water are mains and gas is provided by bottled gas.

Keys are in a lock box at the caravan. Details regarding codes and directions will be forwarded to you once the final balance payment has been made

Please obey the park speed limit of 8mph

There is parking for one vehicle at the caravan. All additional vehicles must use the visitors car park provided

All refuse must be placed in the park recycling bins

Noise must be kept to a minimum – this is a quiet holiday park

Alternatively, sit on one of the many balconies with a glass of wine enjoying far stretching views down the river and over the Welcombe Hills.

Riverside also has a large children's play area and has live entertainment at the weekends during the main season.
