Owner Description

Privately owned, newly refurbished, clean and spacious 8 berth caravan with front and side decking, located on Cypress Way at Haven's beautiful Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

One master bedroom with en-suite WC/basin and two twin rooms, with pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

The perfect location for families, with the beautiful Sandy Bay located only minutes away on foot.

Bath towels, hand towels and bedding provided.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided for 6 persons.
Guests 7 & 8 will need to provide there own bedding, bed linen and towels.

Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave.

One allocated car parking space.

Full gas central heating and double glazing.

32 inch TV in the master bedroom and 40 inch TV in the lounge.

Entertainment Passes can be purchased direct from Haven.

Bookings are based on a 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday.

Sorry no smoking or pets.

booked this caravan and took our 2 granchildren, the van was spotless and had a plentiful supply of fluffy lemon towels and beds made up with good quality linens, the lovely spacious decking had a rattan seating area with cushions and was a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. There was a bottle of wine, a welcome card and large bowl of fruit on the table ready to greet us !! The van was a couple of minutes from the lovely clean beach and south beach cafe which is an amazing spot to look out at beautiful sea views. I would highly recommend this caravan !!

Myself and my other half had a fantastic break in Jacqui`s holiday home. All communication with owner was great. The bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit was a really nice touch.the location where it is situated is good . we will be telling friends and family to book
