turned up at the caravan and felt like I was being interrogated due to previous occupants after the state they had left the van I did, however, did my own clean due to the safety of my children and COVID and there were a few toys left under the sofa there was a cup in the cupboard that had not been washed properly in the knife and fork draw there were corona beer lids left and in the main bedroom, there was long black hair left in the draw both toilet seats were loose so kept moving when sat on them in fact my daughter had fallen off one of them the slate was missing out the bathroom blind and the springs kept digging in you on the sofa I had left the caravan in a better clean than when we had it.

This review has only been left due to me questioning the customer over damage to the blind in the shower room. We did not interrogate her we simply asked her to abide by ours signs We personally cleaned the caravan before this customer arrived and she obviously has something to hide this is why we have this poor review , strange how this customer could not wait to message me for her deposit back so quickly the day she departed and our policy states 48 hour deposit return. We have also tried to contact her For a response but she refuses to answer our calls

JUST HAD A GREAT STAY AT ROBIN HOOD, CARAVAN WAS LOVELY AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, COULDNT FAULT A SINGLE THING.EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GREAT STAY.VERY WARM AND COZY LIVINGROOM, BEDS VERY COMFY KIDS DIDNT WANT TO GET UP ????. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE FAMILY. 2MINUTE WALK TO RECEPTION AND ARCADES DIDNT WANT TO COME HOME SO WILL DEFO BE BOOKING AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO CHRISTOPHER AND JOANNE FOR A WONDERFUL WEEK AT YOUR CARAVAN. 10/10 ???? ALL STAFF AT THE CAMP ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
